I hope Juan gets it in in front of the jury that she could have re-dyed her hair.
Seriously, my friend has Jodi length hair and she dyes her hair every week. in the last 3 weeks she went from platnium blonde to brown to platnium blonde again. I thought her hair would have dropped out. It didn't!

Jodi could easily have dyed her hair several times.

Oh I believe Travis did have the T-shirt made. The front says 'Travis Alexander's' and the back from what I've heard says 'Be Better Blog'.

If it's the same one it was just advertising for his blog imo.

Well, I found the phot with dog but can't copy and past. The point of that phot is that she is wearing a black athletic, tennis type shoe which resembles the black shoe in the hallway photo, if it is not a sock in the photo. If I were the defense, I would not put this photo up there.

If she painted this in 2008 and was claiming at the time that someone murdered him and she left the scene while he was alive how could she know what the crime scene photos looked like unless she was there herself. It appears to be the crime scene photo of Travis as he was found in the shower. Only other person who would have seen that in 2008 would have been JA. If it is from 2008 wouldn't this have been important evidence for the police??? If it were drawn by Jodi before her arrest did her family conceal it from the police? I would think if anything they would have destroyed it. Only a sick mind would hold onto something like that.

I'm really surprised eBay has such low standards. Seems that reproducing crime scene photos in any way, shape or form, should be prohibited by law. Those photos belong to the police department and I'm sure they did not give permission for this photo to be reproduced and certainly not for retail purposes. Now if it were painted by Jodi from memory there is little anyone can do about it except complain to eBay. jmo

EBay has millions of listings. I doubt if they have anyone assigned to watch each listing.

It is up to people to report issues. They aren't bajillioanires for no reason. Smart business people

She admits she was there that day/night and killed him. So why is she concentrating on the hair dye thing when the rental agent already testified she had blond then?

Oh well, let her. IMHO, it will only reiterate to the jury how much thought and premeditation she had in this. bleaching her hair, along with renting a car and the license plate thing, then dying her hair back. Oh, and the killing was so traumatic, she went directly to another guy's to spend time with him.

Even if she had the brunette with blond highlights that made the car rental guy see her as blond, she did NOT have blond highlights in those photos at Travis' and she DID purchase hair dye along the way. Stupid argument.

Even if her hair was brown in May, doesn't mean she didn't dye it blonde at some point between then and the murder, then dyed it back to brown. Duh.
