Well, I found the phot with dog but can't copy and past. The point of that phot is that she is wearing a black athletic, tennis type shoe which resembles the black shoe in the hallway photo, if it is not a sock in the photo. If I were the defense, I would not put this photo up there.

This is the typical tactic of def when there is NO defense.

They did it during the Scott Peterson trial and just reiterated some of the points towards the def's guilt.

The pros just has to make notes of these and put them in his closing like the SP pros did.

Exactly. Did JODI tell people he made these for her, or did someone on his side say he made these for Jodi specifically? I've always thought she made them for herself.
