I think Martinez point was he selected certain items to present to the defense...meaning he made certain determinations on what might be valuable for their case. So he could have looked this up too.

But the point is that the expert is only responsible for pulling records and files off of the computer. Not going to websites and investigating. That's out of the scope of what he was hired for. He simply provided a complete browsing history of that timespan, which was his job.

Its not that as I understand it.

The photo was taken 15 may 2008. Travis was killed 4 June 2008.

Her hair is brown on 15 may 2008. That does not mean that she couldn't have dyed it blonde and back by the time Travis was killed.

At least that was what I understood from Juan's objection.

For those who have wondered which finger JA broke, it is the ring finger of her left hand (i.e. the wedding ring finger). No idea when that break occurred, who did it (if anyone) or under what circumstances, but that is the finger that is affected. It is bent and appears she is unable to straighten it fully. It remains bent at what looks like a 20-25 degree angle.
