Where did you get this from? I was under the impression that the defense took everything he pulled off of the computer and chose what to present in court themselves. I don't think he's putting the defense's case together.

I think he cherry picked what to present to the defense..as he said hundreds of thousands of items. I don't think he presented ALL of that to them. I may be wrong though...just my impression.

He was called to testify as to what was on the computer. He was never asked what the video was, until cross. That is the point of cross. Martinez clarified what it was. I don't understand why the witness is taking the beating for what the defense is attempting to do.
