It is up to the defense to decide what they are going to pick out of his report and ask him questions about on the stand. He is not the one determining what questions he is going to be asked.

If the defense did not ask him to research the meaning of the youtube video, then why would he do that? Isn't he being paid to do what they ask of him, which is to report on what was found on the data storage devices? I don't see how that is the witnesses fault.

And he can't be expected to know offhand about everything in a report of thousands of items without referring to his report.

I think Juan did a good job of picking apart this evidence, it never really did show anything exculpatory (learned that from Law & Order) about Jodi, but it is the defense trying to make this support their theory, not this witness. All just my opinion. I don't know why, I feel a bit sorry for this guy.

Hey Chester - I think what some of us are getting at is that the DT asked him last week about what came up for the computer on June 4. It was the youtube video. Would have been a good idea for him to know what video it was since the DT kinda threw him under the bus!!

IMO if he's an "expert" he should know that what he testified to Thursday would come up again and it that case he could have looked it up himself. I bet he won't EVER make that mistake again!! GULP!!

The car rental guy was very clear that JA was clearly blonde when renting the car, and brunette when returning the car.

I was totally expecting JM to pull out the naked JA photo and asking the witness if her hair looked the same as in the photo with JA's little sister. Note that she was weeping when looking at her little sis.

I wonder what kind of questions the jury will have for this "expert" witness.... :waitasec:

In defense of the Defense team, they basically have nothing to work with, they have to do something, anything to make it at least appear as though the murderer is recieving proper counsel
IMO they are just throwing things out there with various "experts" to prove she is getting a defense. They know darn well where this as all heading and they are part of the process...

I thought it was prophetic, like she was possessing him! Look how easy I can strangle him!!! Creepy, I get very nervous if anyone's hands, even my husband's are near my neck.

To establish where the panty and doggie pics came from. However, my guess is they also hoped to somehow get the 'phone sex' recording in too but Juan must have thwarted that!
In addition those male nudes she was trying to get in Friday, I think were from that phone, but the judge ruled they would not be admitted first thing today.
