If I am depending on someone to hold me up, even if it's in water (less weight) I wouldn't put both hands around the person's neck in case I was dropped, he lost his balance etc. Now I understand a person putting an arm around and behind the person's neck sort of like if I go under I am taking you with me. I agree Jodi is one very creepy woman.

thought: Juan wanted to show Mr. Dworkin more photos before he was excused so he didn't have to re-call him.. (but of course he has to look at his notes) but I was wondering if they were other pictures from Jodi's camera that show her with blonde hair after the May pictures?

just thinking (as he seemed like he REALLY did not want to answer the question and was evasive)

My suspicion is that they were the penis pictures and Dworkin is hesitant to point out that they came from Jodi's computer/drive - not Travis's as they were trying to imply via "oops" last week.

the only real inroads:

they showed pictures from her camera that show her with darker hair in May (but it is not dark brown by any means) and then another picture from May that shows her with even a different hair color

I think it was pointless because it showed how often she changed her hair color.

We still have the witness from the car place that ID'd her but said her hair was "blonde"

I got one for you. Dick Pinkstaff. He was a neighbor up the hill from me, drained his pool during thunderstorms creating a mud slime into my inground pool. Happened a couple of times a year.

Used to yell out his name at the top of lungs, standing outside, in my backyard, in the thunder and lightning, fist raised to heaven. 'I can see what you are doing Dick Pinkstaff'! I drove up to his house and banged on his front door but he never answered. Anyhow he moved or died. The new people took down the pool.

And peace returned to the valley.

But she was interrogated (the videos) on July 15 and 16 of 2008 at which time her stories were: 1) I wasn't there; and, 2) the ninjas did it. The underwear pic was taken July 12, 2008. She did not share a self-defense story with LE until 2010.

I understand that. But, with all due respect, that doesn't mean that she didn't take that picture with a self-defense theory in mind.

Self defence may have gone through her mind, but then she went with the ninja story.

I am not trying to be argumentative here, I just wouldn't rule anything out with this defendent.

But then, I have just been watching 48 hours, The Stranger By Your Side, featuring prosecutor: Juan Martinez and seeing how the defendent in that case changed his story several times to try to fit the evidence, so I may be a bit jaded and biased here.

Another interesting thing in this exchange was that Mr Dworkin stated they were not pics shown in court yet.

His exact words were: "These have not been shown before and not been asked to be identified before."

Beth Karas on IS just said the judge sustained the prosecution's objection about the penis pictures this morning.

Was I the only one who missed that?!

about that color bit....some see light brown as "blonde" --- she has said she was "platinum" to I believe Dec Flores in the interview---so I don't get it---it just goes on and on :waitasec: I know there have been times when I've watched shows and the person comes out with "blond" hair and I'm like thats brown....who knows
