Well I don't know if you can argue audio with this fellow. I think he will testify to exactly the facts and nothing more. It probably won't help the defense for that reason.

OK, for those that can replay. I believe possibly she was crying for a different reason that hasn't been brought up as we all saw REAL TEARS! I am thinking that she knows something is funky with dates of photos with her and brown hair, and her SISTER NOW KNOWS that she is being used as her sister knows that the photo wasn't taken on the date shown in court?????

He has an excellent curriculum vitae (list of schools attended, jobs, etc.) They are often submitted into evidence because they are so long. Also I remember it took most of a day for Werner Spitz to review his in the CA trial. We could have done without that!
