Considering she went through two or three different sets of glasses in the first day or so of trial, I'm guessing the glasses are just to make her look more studious and harmless.

I've yet to see a pre-trial photo with her wearing glasses. Even in the 48 hours or media interviews. I'm admitting I certainly could have missed something.

So, this audio wasn't very easy to understand, so he had to clean it up to make it more understandable.

BTW, experts need to present their CV's to be qualified as expert witnesses.

I read here on a previous thread, that she had seen the eye doc while in jail.... I dont have the link to back that up though.

Now, I'm not watching it live, but just a comment about why he might be doing this:

In order to be considered an "expert" in the legal sense of the term, if one has never testified in front of this Court, this is a process they must go through. It is basically telling the Court (judge) why they should be granted "expert" status for purposes of their testimony. It is the Court's determination whether he can be granted the expert status.

Just FYI for those who don't know. I don't know if that's been discussed here already. Hope that helps.

She looks like she has a lazy eye. I noticed that this afternoon when she stood up and watched the jury file in.

ANJ - how could these photos of dog/sister be on helio phone as I thought that this phone was given to her the day before he died?

Put in a sim card or bluetoothed them? Funny part is the upload date was: 7/12 so my guess is she had that phone longer than we have been led to believe????
