I was wondering the same thing. I still don't know if she truly did work for PPL or was that a lie? Did she work at all?

I do know someone like Jodi, but not the extremes.

This woman plans her revenges for a long time. She thinks she is far more clever than she is.

Jodi has no concept that she may be in the wrong.

I know I'm late posting to this post but JWTA I think that defense read some of the posts yesterday and decided to do away with the wall of hair she used yesterday to shield her face from the jury and others.

I don't think it was after TA but during it. How that helps the defense is beyond me.

This is a mess... its pretty obvious to me that not only did this witness and the defendant have actual phone sex but had real sex the day after she murdered Travis.

Defence is cross examining Ryan Burns about text messages between him and Jodi.

--Defence enters exhibits of text messages from RB to JA where RB indicates his romantic interest.
#278 text message, April 30 2008. "Never!, not until I get my goodnight from my adorable girl in Cali".
#279 text message, April 30 2008. "Thank you gorgeous, goodnight".
#282 text message, May 3, 2008. "Just come and stay". RB states that it was probably in reference to JA coming out to visit as she traveled a lot.
#281 text message May 3, 2008. "Good, so I am getting closer to talking you into it, LOL, what do I have to do to seal the deal? LOL".
Defence asks why "seal the deal?" was JA reluctant to come for a visit? RB says he never sensed it.
#??? text message May 3, 2008. "You promise not to play hard to get when you get here LOL"
Defence now asking about RB's sexual conversations with JA after she had visited him. Defence wants to know if the sexual conversations were like the text messages we just saw. RB says he explained to JA why he didn't take things further when she visited. RB says that him and JA talked what would happen if they were together again.
Defence: As it relates to the visit itself and the messages exchanged, RB is asked if he was hoping for a romantic interaction.

I know that they have her try to appear a certain way to the jury, but everything seems way too choreographed IMO.

JA told this witness, Ryan, that she had cut her hand/s on a broken glass after cleaning one up at a place called Margaritaville. So she works at a club and PPL and dashes across state lines (traveling 12 hours and taking two days) to visit guys?

IIRR and its awhile since I read all this, but friends of his who previously had let Jodi stay with Travis at their house (prior to her move to Arizona) said to him that they no longer wanted her staying in their house. I can't remember the nitty gritty of why, but it was down to her behaviour, her inappropriateness (can't remember exactly how she was inappropriate? - will have to read through from several years of posts) but they were concerned about her behaviour and thought that she was listening in to private conversations of theirs with Travis etc. I know that there were examples of stalkerish behaviour given, but it may take me some time to find out exactly what. I think this couple were also interviewed in that TV crime show thing she did, I can't recall the name of that either. Perhaps the prosecution will call them. I have seen and read posts of TA's friends giving examples of her behaviour, but as I said it was at the beginning of the case and on another website. When I get chance though I will look, but it may take a day or two to review several hundreds of pages of posts. Sorry I can't help you more than that at the moment, but if I can find something I will let you know.

I think the friend you're looking for is Dave Hall? He was just interviewed recently on HLN Nancy Grace. He talked about her inappropriate behavior and how he and his wife told TA not to bring her around again. I'll try to find a link to that interview.

I agree. And Jodi KNOWS he won't testify to the sex on the stand because of the ramifications. That's why she's staring him at him like that. We BOTH know we had sex that day but I KNOW you won't testify to it.

just a question and I know people will go crazy on me but honestly, is it not hypocrisy that people consider it character assassination when they attempt to expose areas of Travis but if anything is said about Jodi it must be true?

The victim is dead so I guess he can't possibly have led but she killed him so anything negative said about her is fact?

He is not on trial for 1st degree murder, she is.
