My understanding is she stabbed him first, repeatedly, that didnt work, so she slashed his throat, and THEN shot him.
Am I wrong?
LMAO! Love this and your username-do you have a law blog? Its probably forged.
he was still moving around a bit after the ear to ear throat slashMany of you have been much more on top of this case than I have. Does anybody have a theory as to why she only shot him once? Seems to me (and I haven't as much info as you do) that she shot him and when that didn't kill him she resorted to stabbing, then slitting his throat.
I was wondering why she didn't fire a second or third shot before resorting to the knife. And did she bring the knife or was it something from the kitchen?
Anybody?
I think everything I've seen done by her or about her stinks and I can't even force myself to think of her in a positive light. I guess that sounds like I'm not a very nice person, but even giving her an ounce of praise here on a forum that she will never see makes me sick to my stomach...uke:

Thanks for the clarification. I wonder why she went with stabbing when she had a gun available. Seems an odd choice given the option available.
So was the knife hers or did she find it at the house?
From looking at his sister in court and her non verbal response, I don't think the defendant really called her.Watching the highlights ... can you BELIEVE. She had the gall to call the sister and ask about the estate and her stupid car debt? Did you see the poor sister when they played that part? Uhg!
Yeah, but weren't we all kinda secretly hoping it sucked? Could be a nice little career for her if she is going to spend the rest of her life in prison :jail:

I was expecting to see art in the form of photography. Those sketches in colored pencil do not leave room for much error at all! Very impressive!

Look @ the first one, the drawing of the hands, that's not easy to do.
I saw the other responses, but I think the reason she stabbed him - so many times - is to again make it look like they were struggling and that she got in a few stabs before resorting to the gun in self-defense. I think that was the picture she was trying to paint, maybe? Or at least her story now that she has been "found out."
Where can I see these sketches?
