Quote: When the PA asked Ryan if she "adjusted you" I think he meant when she climbed on top of you did she adjust your body under hers... ryan said yes... indicating that she was strong enough to lift his body weight under her. They were talking about her working out and six pac abs at the time.

We all giggled and blushed over the "adjust you" but I hope the jury isn't filled with gutter minds like us. It was an important point. no, I think he meant his junk. He also asked him if he touched her vajayjay

------------------------------

See, this is one reason why I don't care for this prosecutor. He is kind of lacking in the communication department. He should have known to ask Ryan to describe what he meant by "adjust." ...

Did Jodi get so physical that she lifted Ryan's butt in the air, shifted it left/right, and then dropped him right where she wanted him?

Or did she suddenly yank his legs toward her real hard, so that he slid down where she could conveniently climb atop him?

The jury (and we) shouldn't have a foggy image of how physical Jodi could become. A better prosecutor would have gotten the nitty-gritty of this peculiar physicality with a 'stranger" only hours after killing Travis. He should make a big, clear point of showing how STRONG this girl is.

My understanding is she stabbed him first, repeatedly, that didnt work, so she slashed his throat, and THEN shot him.

Am I wrong?

Thanks for the clarification. I wonder why she went with stabbing when she had a gun available. Seems an odd choice given the option available.

So was the knife hers or did she find it at the house?

Many of you have been much more on top of this case than I have. Does anybody have a theory as to why she only shot him once? Seems to me (and I haven't as much info as you do) that she shot him and when that didn't kill him she resorted to stabbing, then slitting his throat.

I was wondering why she didn't fire a second or third shot before resorting to the knife. And did she bring the knife or was it something from the kitchen?

Anybody?
he was still moving around a bit after the ear to ear throat slash

the slash to the throat would have been stab number 29

((that and overkill))

:moo:

I think everything I've seen done by her or about her stinks and I can't even force myself to think of her in a positive light. I guess that sounds like I'm not a very nice person, but even giving her an ounce of praise here on a forum that she will never see makes me sick to my stomach...:puke:

Well I don't think you're alone there. After all we've seen and heard, she doesn't appear to have any redeeming qualities whatsoever.

LE's reconstruction of the murder says that first she stabbed him in the chest which nicked (not immediately fatal) in the heart. He received defensive wounds to his hands as he stumbled to the sink, throwing up blood. She stabbed him repeatedly in the back and head. He stumbled/crawled down the hallway. She straddled his back and slit his throat from ear to ear and clear back to his spine (fatal within seconds). She dragged him back to the bathroom and shot him in the head as the final kiss of death (fatal). She puts him back in the shower so she can hose him off, trying to remove all traces of her and her DNA.

I don't think we have heard about where the knife came from yet.

My theory is that she was just making sure that he was good and dead after she started... she had to finish. I think she thought he would die from the stab wound to the heart but then went into crazy rage mode when her calculated plan did not go as expected. That is my opinion. Hard to guess the innerworkings of crazy. (Well not insanity plea crazy... just plane bat spit crazy)

I wanna know how it could have possibly been self defense given the location of the murder. Are we to believe she brought her camera, her purse containing the gun, and a knife into the bathroom? How did she have time to get locate and get to the murder weapons if she were being attacked by Travis?

Makes no logical sense.

I believe sometimes where this is stabbing/slashing, that's more of a passion killing. It allowed her take her anger out on him the way she wanted to. Just a gunshot was too easy.

Watching the highlights ... can you BELIEVE. She had the gall to call the sister and ask about the estate and her stupid car debt? Did you see the poor sister when they played that part? Uhg!
From looking at his sister in court and her non verbal response, I don't think the defendant really called her.

Yeah, but weren't we all kinda secretly hoping it sucked? Could be a nice little career for her if she is going to spend the rest of her life in prison :jail:

I was expecting to see art in the form of photography. Those sketches in colored pencil do not leave room for much error at all! Very impressive!

I saw the other responses, but I think the reason she stabbed him - so many times - is to again make it look like they were struggling and that she got in a few stabs before resorting to the gun in self-defense. I think that was the picture she was trying to paint, maybe? Or at least her story now that she has been "found out."

Just FYI, the camera was his, not hers.

Is anyone else having forum problems? I keep getting booted off and then when I try to get back on, it tells me it cannot connect to WS.

Where can I see these sketches?

IIRC- JA contacted the sister via Myspace, gave condolences and mentioned the debt. left her contact information.

I could be wrong tho.

Look @ the first one, the drawing of the hands, that's not easy to do.

Heard on IS just a few sec ago that Jodi is left handed. Figures with drawings like that!

I think she thought he'd drop dead like a sack of potatoes after the stab to the heart in the shower. I think she was furious he didn't die. She went into the die die die mode. Stabbing at his back while he stood at the sink. Maybe he was on all fours crawling as he weakened. He had the nerve to still be alive on that carpeted area, he had made it to tge end of that hallway, how dare he try to escape? So she slashes his throat and drags him back to HER intended murder location, the shower.
