Oh wait.... I got it!
She shot him in the bathroom. Then the two if them rolled together in the hallway .... as he continued to attack her....she was on the floor and had to reach around him to stab him in the back!

Been trying to catch up and this has most likely been pointed out already but doesn't Jodi appear to have light makeup on today? I think so.
Noted.
I could never be romantically involved with Juan. He would be impossible to argue with, he thinks way too quickly on his feet. I would never win an argument.
There is something that isn't making sense to me. On one hand it is reported that she was very into him, on the other hand it is reported that she was just a shell of a person. Those two seem to contradict each other.
I'm sorry... he just blew the defense attorney's questions out of the water!! lol
from seeing the picture of his body in the shower when he was found, I honestly dont think its possible. The shower was not very big and he was in the fetal position kinda sitting up, slumped to the side in the shower. I dont think its possible for anyone else to even stand in there with him...

I agree the defense is totally hanging on the gunshot happened first. Because it's a lot harder to believe that Travis was still mobile enough to come after her after the neck slitting. It's the only way to explain the overkill and make it seem even half way plausible that it was self defense. Which is why they fought so hard to get Dr. Horn to say that the bullet DIDN'T bass through the brain, which it did.
So basically I don't think it matters a hill of beans which happened first. Both the neck injury and the gunshot wound would have been enough to incapacitated him. So she either slit his throat as he was dying or dead or did it when she shot him. The evidence seems to point it was the gunshot that was inflicted while he was already dead.
what??? the weekend??? crap ola
"No jury will convict me" tape is played. Total silence in courtroom.
So far, I am really loving the fact that the jurors get a chance to question the witnesses. I may change my mind, later, though. It seems fair both ways at this point.
Does anyone know if they have rules re: their questioning? Are some of their questions not admissible, for instance, if they are leading or based on hearsay, etc, similar to the attorneys' rules? Are objections allowed during this portion of the testimony? TIA.
