if they do, they can find themselves in a world of legal trouble.
We have to keep in mind that they have been warned and have accepted their duty as jurors and trust that they are doing their jobs.
They are a death penalty qualified jury.
Jury misconduct is no small thing. It can turn over entire cases that have been developed for years.
At this point we all have to trust that they are taking their oath seriously.:twocents:
I completely agree, however I would not be surprised, not only this case but many others, obviously this would be an invasion of privacy, but if juries had their computers checked, I think we would find more than a few nosy parker's.
