if they do, they can find themselves in a world of legal trouble.

We have to keep in mind that they have been warned and have accepted their duty as jurors and trust that they are doing their jobs.

They are a death penalty qualified jury.

Jury misconduct is no small thing. It can turn over entire cases that have been developed for years.

At this point we all have to trust that they are taking their oath seriously.:twocents:

I completely agree, however I would not be surprised, not only this case but many others, obviously this would be an invasion of privacy, but if juries had their computers checked, I think we would find more than a few nosy parker's.

I don't think the knife was a part of the original plan. I think she shot him, and something happened with the gun. Perhaps it jammed, or there was some sort of ammunition issue, or something. Maybe he was able to knock the gun out of her hand, but was too disoriented to do anything with it.

I think whatever happend with the gun happened, and she ran out to get something else. The obvious choice is a knife. He was probably holding himself up over the sink. She came up behind him and started stabbing him, and he tried to get away. Beyond that, I'm not sure about what happened where. She obviously stabbed him in the chest, and then cut his throat. I'm not sure it really matters.

JMO, MOO, etc.

Welcome! And thank you for pointing out the "so great" comment she made about that last picture. I really wouldn't be surprised if she took that knowing it would be his last picture. JHole SURE is proud of herself.

Ahhh Haaaa, JHole :floorlaugh:

They are showing the interview with Donovan again. Something about that woman gives me the willies.

The budget rental man cleaned the "what looked like koolaid" from the back and passeger seat!!!! Why didn't the PA ask him if he could tell what color it was? And the floor mats were gone!!!!! Wonder if LE did any forensics on that vehicle?!

Didn't JA state on the tape we watched today that after he was "shot" he fell to the floor in front of the sink and was not able to get up. So how was it possible to stab him in the chest if he were crawling down the hall to escape his killer? The position of the knife wound to the heart is slightly upward so he would be standing when he received that wound. jmo

can't you go to jail for jury misconduct?

Yup! Case in point - Joanne Fraill was a juror on the case against defendant Jamie Sewart.

THEY WERE FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK!

and communicating --

I disagree especially if they missed some of the sex pics or wanted to see them better, I have no idea why, but I know how feverishly people online looked for them. Like they say curiosity killed the cat.

Yes, it did nearly kill me once I saw, I almost got sucked into the abyss of that big brown eye.

I think the PA knew what color it was; I highly doubt that was the first time it was brought up. I would imagine it was vague enough to where the PA just wanted the implication to rest there, and not potentially take it so far to possibly turn jurors off to the idea of it being blood. This is probably also why the defense didn't touch it.

Hi, Ziggy. I have watched some of the proceedings, often with the sound down on a partial screen. To me, the male defense attorney frequently seems inattentive or even bored. He seldom takes notes and when cross-examining, he seems not to have a strategy or even a series of questions.

Jodi must be furious.

He tried to have himself removed from this case sometime back, maybe that's why?

Or someone straddling him...

Neither did the prosecution. Never asked for colors, shapes, sizes. Just which was bigger.

I'm guessing they didn't go any further on this because it wasn't tested? So no evidence of what it really was.. However, if I was on the jury I would definitely think it was blood. Which was another good one from Martinez. IMO of course.

Hey gitiana1 I hope you can help. Is it by State or Federal that the law that convicted felons cannot receive compensation for their artwork or book deals etc. I understood it was struck down but don't know what level that was at nor how this State views felons being enriched? Thanks!

If someone reports them regarding jury misconduct you can bet your life LE can check that person's computer. Knowing they could get caught is enough to keep most jurors on the straight and narrow. jmo

Hello Ya'll....
FWIW, I am watching the trial on In Session

The commentator is telling how JA is creative and artistic while in jail and her brother is selling the artwork on Ebay. Nice huh? Kind of gagged on my ramen noodles!

Did you listen to the character witness who was on and said these things about how caring and creative she is? That's some character!

She's in court, had her own trial to litigate
