From what I have read they never had intercourse in a way she could have gotten pregnant. She even claims that due to his religous believes.

She claims to have had vaginal sex when he spun her around and had her over the desk. She was relieved.

I remember him saying that. What do you suppose is the reasoning in showing these photographs other than proving that she was indeed present in his home at the time his murder?

Jumping in. Just heard on InSession that Jodi did indeed have brown hair in pigtails and was naked in the pictures of her taken on the bed from the afternoon TA was killed. They said we will see them next week in testimony.

I will look forward to seeing if both of Jodi's hands are clearly visible in the pics. I just have my suspicions.

I don't feel Travis or anyone else deserves to be murdered. I don't even truly believe in the death penalty, and I don't like war. So I'm not at all condoning or excusing Jodi Arias. I am NOT.

But I am also not going to pretend that Travis was an angel, just because he's deceased.

There are egotistical, arrogant men out here who "toy" with women's hearts. There are men do awfully mean things like call a woman a or a . Meanwhile, he's thrilled to "stick it to her" every blue moon when he's occasionally in the mood.

Any man who acts like this does not merit deification, dead or alive. If you observed a man treating your sister this way, you would not like him.

I agree: This behavior should not be a "death sentence." But that doesn't make it alright.

Let us agree to disagree. I am a strong willed woman who expects men to be the same. If I see a manipulator, REGARDLESS of their sex, I move on. Life i too short. I don't see the words '' or '' as being female. I have called a man a and he was.

Yes there are egotistical MEN AND WOMEN who toy with WOMEN'S AND MEN'S hearts. It is up to us as grown up people to see the signs and not allow ourselves to be hurt.

I do not believe Travis falls into the category of a Don Juan or a real Casanova. If anything I believe that shoe fits a whole lot better on that poor lil, pretend victim, Jodie Arias.

Why is it all his fault. Women also toy with men's hearts and stomps them flat and use sex as a tool in order to do so so I fail to see the point you are making other than simply he happens to be a male victim.

Was he the one stalking her......slashing her tires......creeping into her home when she was unaware and into her bed when she was sleeping and hacking her email accounts and trying to run her new boyfriend off by sending threatening emails?

No one has ever said that Travis was bad to Jodi. So just because they were consenting adults and had sex it somehow makes Travis THE bad person? Everyone that knew Travis ...even past girlfriends have only nice things to say about him.

I would never believe one word coming out of Jodi Arias' mouth even if I saw her tongue being notorized in front of my very own eyes.

Agree, but do think the gun was in full view when this pic was snapped. He was doing what she told him to do or else!

We also do not know that he is what you describe above as that is coming from the woman who 1) murdered him and 2) told at least three different versions of her story

We do know he did like to "tease" girls alot. This can be read on girls' blogs. One girl even said it was way too much.

I apologize if I started the conversation about TA not being innocent in this. I never meant for it to be perceived as victim bashing at all.

I have lived JA's relationship with TA (from what all we know). I do suspect we will see texts and emails that the relationship was not over as was claimed by TA's friends.

TA's best friend and prior roommate drove her to the police station the day she gave her initial statement at the police department. He stated on national t.v. that he liked her and they got along well. So much so, he drove her without hesitation.

Now that she has admitted to the crime, he feels terrible. There is something more to this is all I was trying to say.

Again, my apologies to all that were offended by my line of reasoning.

I agree with you. In reading and watching what his friends have to say about the relationship they state that he wasn't afraid of her. When he broke up with her he used strong words in which one of his friends commented on by saying it was harsh and asking him if he wasn't afraid by speaking to her in such a manner and he said no. His one friend even stated that he believed that TA kept the ongoing relationship a secret because he knew his friends would be disappointed in him if they found out he was still dating her.

In that clip, the friend says: "Travis didn't respect her because she didn't respect herself." I believe him.

I've been all over the interwebz looking for information on this horrific case.....and not ONE single person that knew him has a bad thing to say about Travis Alexander, except the person on trial for his heinous murder.

If you notice, he never did a lot of smiling in pictures in general. It's kinda hard for me to know what he is thinking in the shower pic because of his lack of expression in so many pics
