Dr Karl Hiatt is the name. I will be sure to watch this tonight. I hope he can testify to this. Its really a bombshell isnt it?

My guess would be no since he is on JVM.

I think this is where the discussion becomes irrelevant. YOU wouldn't. You don't know Jodi Arias or what SHE would do. You are trying to see the relationship through your own eyes, standards and hangups. Feels a lot like you felt "used" by a man and see everything through that filter. jmho.

Dont you think Jodi moved to be closer because she may have thought the relationship wasnt working because of the long distance and that she could surely snag her man if she could be there with him.

I heard that PPL is a scam, Did Travis know this?

I tried to find the Op of the autopsy picture but I didn't want to keep on going back page after page etc. in order to find it.

someone posted on MDS, out of ALL the 12,000 death entries this could be one of the most crazy. (I def. agree with them).

It's an MLM modeled on Amway. Whether or not it's a scam is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. Personally, I think it's a very obvious scam and if you google you'll find lots of people who agree that the co. is dubious, at best, and a list of cases about as long as your arm alleging that it is. I put it in the same category as Amway and Herbalife and a few others.

This link is kind of dated, but not much has changed about the way the co. does business since then, and it's financially focused so much more objective than the commentary you'll find at watchdog sites or consumer complaint sites.

Makes sense. I guess AZ law is different than CA and other states. Cause that surely seems like a dying declaration to me. Ive heard it used in cases where the man has killed his wife. OJ wife sure made some of those declarations to friends.

Imma keep talking to myself like a weirdo in this thread but this was posted in the youtube comments in the memorial video:

LOL! I did a crappy paste job. The "Imma keep.." quote was not from me! It was from the poster at My Death Space. My husband thinks I am a weirdo..but I try to never call myself that.:floorlaugh:

Where have I said that killing anyone is OK? I used to believe in the death penalty but I no longer do because I could not do it to someone, so I cannot have someone do the dirty work for me.

Jodi wanted him for his money I am sure. I doubt that she is capable of any love for anyone, and he dumped her.

It is the double standard that really bothers me. She is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ( and she is), but boys will be boys,

Who has said she is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬? That isn't even part of the equation here imo. And it isn't a matter of boys will be boys either. What it is is that two people had a mutual sexual relationship that they apparently were both ok with at one point in time. At some point one of them broke off the relationship with the other. The one that was dumped began stalking their ex and went so far as to brutally kill them. The judgement part comes in when talking about the killing. It appears that neither respected the other. It appears that both used each other. It appears that one could not let go. It happens every day all over the world. And sane people eventually move on to another relationship. Unfortunately for Travis he was not dealing with a sane person. And I am not saying Jodi is insane but she sure as hell is not normal and does not behave as normal people do. Whateve went on in the bedroom between the two does not/should not concern us UNLESS there was abuse involved. And making a 1000 mile trip secretly to go see the ex tells me there was NO abuse from Travis towards Jodi.

personally? yes. I think she wanted him and was willing to do whatever it took until she finally realized he would never see her as "enough" or "marriage material". By all accounts he was charming, funny, fun to be around, caring, self-aware.... He was "the prize". And if she couldn't have him, no one could. And she made sure no one would.

In that respect, all multi level marketing is a scam.

The actual product Pre paid law services are pretty good depending on what company. I know lots of foster parents that purchased it because of false allegations and the nature of fostercare. .

I have been following your posts on this trial for a while and just joined WS today..hi all!

Am wondering what Jodi's job was (other than that at Casa Ramos) that caused her to be at that convention where she met Travis? Why did she seem to go to PPL meetings and conferences? Did she work for them or just a 'groupie' of sorts?

Anyone know how long after the long term live in boyfriend lost his job that Jodi moved on to Travis? Was the job loss even before Jodi dumped him? How long after first meeting Travis did Jodi dump the ex? Did Jodi know what type of home Travis had before she dumped the ex?

Just some questions that make me curious about Jodi and what her mind frame was when she broke up with the ex and made the move on to Travis.

just jumping off your post here...

I feel like we shouldn't give the word 🤬🤬🤬🤬 a bad name here. I mean there is nothing wrong with being a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 for your man. If you know what I mean. :)

For all we know... It could have been something as simple as she was broke and pissed off that he still expected her to pay him the $100 a month for the BMW that she couldn't drive.

We don't know. She's a psychopath.

I don't know the answers to your questions, but I'm sure someone will have more information that me.

True, I agree. I'm not disputing that....just pointing out he may have teased some girls (playfully in his mind) just a little much...nothing mean though.

I in no way mean ANY offense to anyone here, with that said...
I have to ask shouldn't we consider the source?

The men/women commenting that TA was a "flirt" and/or "teased" too much...
Were these single men/women that were members of his congregation?
Was it husbands/wives of his Mormon friends?
Elderly women/relatives that knew him growing up?
OR
Was it the bartenders and waitresses that were employed when he
went to conferences?
The cashiers at the gas station and grocery stores?

some guys flirt and tease.... could be harmless...
some guys are downright rude and gross and know NO boundaries...

I have yet to hear enough to decide.

I know I will get lambasted for this, but Travis did not respect her, he used her as a sex toy that you play with, and when you are done put it back in the toy box.

He never loved her, and certainly never wanted to marry her. But he continued to have sex with her , even though he supposedly told everyone he knew that she was crazy, and was going to kill him.

If those are really your true feelings, stop having sex with her. Easy, problem solved.

Don't string somebody along.

I think the defense would have presented a much better case if they used mentally abused instead of self defence.

Mary Winkler shot her husband in bed, took the kids to Disneyland, like nothing happened and she is a free woman now.

I agree with these statements.
I won't fuss at you..

Maybe she was the toy, but they toy drove 1000 miles to play.
She knew his intentions... we not to spend the rest of his life with her..
He allowed her to get away with crimes against him, (I have no idea why!)

Had he told to her leave and called to police if needed he might be alive today.
I am not sure he was stringing her along or was he just to nice to say
get the heck on!
It's not like he continued to allow her to live there.
:waitasec: Still do not understand WHY he sold her his car....
That IMO was the biggest mistake.

jmo

IMO Miss Arias had men in quite a few states.

Seriously, with internet sites, why does she need to go to
AZ and UT for a boyfriend???

She dated her other BF 4 years!
She was with TA what 4-5 months?

also IMO she just kinda showed up and moved
her stuff in little by little incognito.

Didn't the room mates say he never asked her to live there?
She just ended up not leaving?

Does anyone know why Det. Flores sits at the Prosecutor's table?

The detective in both of Baby Gabriel's cases did the same, but I can't recall other cases where anyone but members of the legal team sit with the attorneys.

Just an AZ thing? TIA!

You mean the BMW that he was calm and cool with her wrecking? The one that caused no temper flare at all from Travis?

And yet he then gets pissed off enough over a "dropped camera" that he "attacks" her to the point of her needing to "defend" herself with 28 stab wounds, slit throat and gunshot to the head.

Jodi really, really should think before she speaks. Her stupidity is showing.
