You mean the BMW that he was calm and cool with her wrecking? The one that caused no temper flare at all from Travis?

And yet he then gets pissed off enough over a "dropped camera" that he "attacks" her to the point of her needing to "defend" herself with 28 stab wounds, slit throat and gunshot to the head.

Jodi really, really should think before she speaks. Her stupidity is showing.

MOO

That would be the one;)!!!

I don't know the answers to your questions, but I'm sure someone will have more information that me.

Good answer, good answer!

Where have I said that killing anyone is OK? I used to believe in the death penalty but I no longer do because I could not do it to someone, so I cannot have someone do the dirty work for me.

Jodi wanted him for his money I am sure. I doubt that she is capable of any love for anyone, and he dumped her.

It is the double standard that really bothers me. She is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬 ( and she is), but boys will be boys,

She is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬, but I'm not saying "boys will be boys" along with that. TA participated in that relationship, and I will agree with that. But he had one sexually indiscreet relationship and he's a "player"? Nobody else has come forward to say he was ever in that kind of relationship before she came along. She was grinding up against some other guy the very next day after savagely butchering this man. I don't think TA was even in the same universe of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 as she is JMO.

I think she was a gold digger in the worst sense of the word. A cold and calculating psychopath who meted out her revenge when she didn't get what she wanted. JMO.

I have been following your posts on this trial for a while and just joined WS today..hi all!

Am wondering what Jodi's job was (other than that at Casa Ramos) that caused her to be at that convention where she met Travis? Why did she seem to go to PPL meetings and conferences? Did she work for them or just a 'groupie' of sorts?

Hi Keebler! WELCOME TO WS!!! My fun smileys aren't working so I have to settle for the little wave, :seeya:

For all we know... It could have been something as simple as she was broke and pissed off that he still expected her to pay him the $100 a month for the BMW that she couldn't drive.

We don't know. She's a psychopath.

I missed something somewhere. What's the BMW story?

Did you scroll for. And read the comment left by someone that was a victim of an armed robbery with Travis?

Speaks volumes about his character!

If you scroll a little further and there is in his words what his young life was like before his Gradma came and got him. I think it explains alot about his realtionship with women. Very sad.

:welcome: Keebler, so glad you joined us!!!

According to her myspace she worked for PPL, don't know if she really did and when she started.

personally? yes. I think she wanted him and was willing to do whatever it took until she finally realized he would never see her as "enough" or "marriage material". By all accounts he was charming, funny, fun to be around, caring, self-aware.... He was "the prize". And if she couldn't have him, no one could. And she made sure no one would.

Exactly! She wrapped her whole life up into that dream of marrying him.

PPL is not a scam but it is a Multi Level Marketing product. My friend signed up for it. She did not last long. It was hard for her to find a lot of people to pitch PPL to. As I understand, it not really selling Legal Services but signing up people to sign up people and so on. A person makes money bringing people on board.

And that's exactly why many of the lawsuits allege that it's more like a pyramid scheme than an MLM (which I'm not a big fan of either, obviously!). If you JUST get paid for signing people up, and so do they, and so on and so on, it's a pyramid and illegal. If you add a product in there, that makes it an MLM and not automatically illegal. Imo, the "product" sold by PLP is essentially worthless, and certainly not worth what's charged for it, in any case. The focus of the company is on the pyramid part, imo, and the "product" part is added just to stop the top dudes from all getting thrown in jail. jmho

I think this is where the discussion becomes irrelevant. YOU wouldn't. You don't know Jodi Arias or what SHE would do. You are trying to see the relationship through your own eyes, standards and hangups. Feels a lot like you felt "used" by a man and see everything through that filter. jmho.

I did not join this forum to make enemies, far from that, but who are you to say what has happened in my life? Do you know me or what has happened to me? This is a very disrespectful comment to make.

According to who?

There is zero evidence supporting that theory.

Imagine this..........you are home alone and go to sleep. You know that there is no one else in your house with you (gf/bf that you have/had a relationship with). While you are sound asleep someone sneaks into your house, gets undressed and slips into bed with you. While you are still sound asleep that someone proceeds to get you "excited". They then straddle you and begin having sex with you. You begin to wake up but think that it is a dream. You then realize that it is not a dream and that you are in fact having sex with someone that was not there when you went to sleep. Do you make the person stop and get ticked off or do you "go with the flow"? Do you consider this to be abuse? Do you feel violated?

Do we know if Jodi has ever done this to Travis? Would Jodi even admit to it if she had? Do we think that it is possible that Jodi has done this?

There are so many unknowns when it comes to whatever kind of relationship Jodi and Travis had and we only have the word of a liar as to what actually happened. Travis was killed by Jodi so he can no longer speak for himself or defend himself. Jodi has every reason to try and paint Travis in the worst possible light, it helps her case and may prevent her from being put to death. I, personally, refuse to look at Travis as an abuser of any sort without some sort of solid proof and Jodi's word is in no way shape or form proof.

MOO

I would think what you described would be rape until the secondary person agrees to go along with it. But, do they always go along with it unwillingly, holding that inside!

I heard that PPL is a scam, Did Travis know this?

I tried to find the Op of the autopsy picture but I didn't want to keep on going back page after page etc. in order to find it.

someone posted on MDS, out of ALL the 12,000 death entries this could be one of the most crazy. (I def. agree with them).

PPL is kind of like a pyramid scheme, a lot like MaryKay and Tupperware. I wonder what percentage of their entire workforce is Mormon?

How do you know he wasn't scared to death of her? How do you know he wasn't the one being stalked and used sexually? Too scared & embarrassed to call the police and make a report.

IMO if the roles were reversed we wouldn't be having this discussion.

I agree completely, just because Travis was a man it doesn't make it any lesser of a crime. My opinion, Jodi repeatedly raped Travis. Anything she says about mistreatment, rough sex, etc. is most likely a lie, just like all of her other lies. Jodi's lies do nothing but provide a self service to herself. I am hoping we get to see both sides of text messages. If we only get to see what Travis sent her, I would have a problem with that.

Anyone know how long after the long term live in boyfriend lost his job that Jodi moved on to Travis? Was the job loss even before Jodi dumped him? How long after first meeting Travis did Jodi dump the ex? Did Jodi know what type of home Travis had before she dumped the ex?

Just some questions that make me curious about Jodi and what her mind frame was when she broke up with the ex and made the move on to Travis.

She broke up with her live in bf 4 days after meeting Travis. Not sure on your other questions but I suspect she had an idea of how well Travis was doing. Keep in mind she approached Ryan Burns at an event that he was given a Rising Star Award.

Does anyone know why Det. Flores sits at the Prosecutor's table?

The detective in both of Baby Gabriel's cases did the same, but I can't recall other cases where anyone but members of the legal team sit with the attorneys.

Just an AZ thing? TIA!

I'm guessing its an AZ thing to have the case agents right at the prosecution table with them, it makes sense if they have any questions or info.

Can you tell me where to find these writings? TIA

Hang on... I'll track it down

Has or will Jodi's confession to the crime been played in court?

ETA: are there any documents of a transcription of the confession?
