Per Ryan, JA admits to reading and replying to texts on Travis' phone. Wasn't one to Mimi?
'I'm going to snuggle JA now.' Or something close to this.

I think the computer/phone forensics will be interesting.

I would be hard pressed to believe which posts came from whom actually.

She sounds like the kind of obsessive woman that would hack his account and make up her own crap to make her look good and desirable pretending he is the one who said it. Although I remember saying nice things to my ex trying to stay on his good side too.

A lot of times when things are said it is all about trying to appease the one who you know can act out in a rage and trying to stay on their good side.

You voiced my biggest fear in this case. Somehow the jury will see Jodi as a 'wronged woman' instead of psychologically abusive.

The prosecution better have a "domestic violence expert" that has worked with men who have been the victims. Men are even less likely to tell their friends and family what is going on. They are less likely to file reports with the police (in this case there was nothing that the police could have gotten involved with prior to the murder). Travis could have reported the tire slashing but without anybody placing Jodi at the scene it is only suspicion. It sure would have been nice to have that on a police report though

Travis and I began dating sometime early in July 2007. I won't go into details of when we were dating, because that really doesn't matter anymore, but we dated until February 2008. I had tried to break up with him twice before, but he was always so good at winning me back. I loved him a lot, but I knew that we just weren't right for each other. I knew we couldn't remain close after the final break-up or else I would end up back with him. We didn't speak for months.

I noticed these dates the other day when BritsKate posted the link to this blog. This is right after Travis broke up with JA. As has been stated by many before, not one of the women he has dated, including JA, has a bad thing to say about him. Noone that knew him does.

I noticed these dates the other day when BritsKate posted the link to this blog. This is right after Travis broke up with JA. As has been stated by many before, not one of the women he has dated, including JA, has a bad thing to say about him. Noone that knew him does.

And I find that outstanding.

This young man had lived his life for 30 years and NOT ONE person had anything bad to say about him. Highly unusual in most cases that end like this.

He really seemed to be a remarkable young man who touched so many lives in positive ways.

Another thing is on myspace you can choose your #1 friend.
Jodi is still showing as his #1.
Again I'm not posting this to make Travis look bad or anything like that.I just don't think the facts of the case of what we know prove at all that neither one of them was domestically abused by each other.I think they had a pretty normal relationship until Jodi started snooping around and found out Travis was cheating on her.Travis never forgave her for not respecting his privacy but still wanted to have his "pie".That created a dramatic turn in their relationship IMO......

Yes, she did text other women from TA's phone pretending to be him. Ryan testified to it and one of TA's friends was talking about it on NG.

I agree. Texts, emails..possibly, probably and even then might not be admissible in court. Posts on pictures highly doubtful you can tell who posted them. jmo

You have to keep in mind that she hacked into his myspace account. She could have put herself as #1 friend and maybe even made the comments on the pictures herself. She admits that she had his password.

Well we know she spied on him and his accounts and had his phone so she easily could have texted the one supposedly said to Mimi that he was going to snuggle with JA.

I wouldnt put anything past this horrid wench.
