How in the heck could anybody do to him what Jodi did?!?

Another tragic case panthera. There are way too many of them but I do think this is one of the worst when it comes to being heinous and cruel.

Travis looks like he may have been singing to his dog in that photo. LOL! Reminds me of myself when I sing to our two adorable doggies.

I have a 5 year old Pom, and we talk to each other. When I get home from work he says "hellooooooo". I'm serious, he sounds like he's talking to me sometimes. He doesn't like my singing though. When THAT starts he goes and hides in the bedroom LoL. :singing:

I'm still wondering if she threatened him with blackmail. He had a lot to have to answer to if others knew about his dirty little secret. Might have made him continue the relationship with her.

I think that is very possible and that Travis was Jodi's puppet!

They are very graphic, very clear and close up shots of Travis' face and horrible neck injury. Also a pic of the stab wounds in his back. Horrible and tragic to look at.

Were these shown in court? Maybe they snapped them with their camera in court and then cropped them to be close up? I know they arent suppose to do that but I have seen them take pics before in other cases when they are not suppose to.......

It always seems so envasive to peer at someone who has been horribly murdered but autopsy photos show the person in the worst light and we must try to remember that.

I am glad the casket was closed so that his family and friends can remember him only as a vibrant happy young man with a winning smile. Travis was such an pleasant looking man and a cutie pie for sure. He could be anyone's son, grandson, uncle or brother. He looks like the sweet guy that lives next door to us.

And I have read that Travis was a very clean person. So I bet he kept his home very clean as well. His bedroom was very nice I thought. I wish we could have seen other parts of his home and how he had it decorated.

I understand why people don't like to see the gruesome photos and find it invasive. But I've worked all my life at nursing homes, hospitals and in a profession where I see really difficult stuff all the time. I'm seen autopsies and the morgue's storage rooms full of body parts and I've seen and cleaned up after many dead people. The way I look at it, those grisly photos aren't of Travis at all. They are of his earthly container, and now have nothing to do with him. Maybe a coping mechanism. Idk. I can't look at these autopsy pics as easily as I can look at some others, just because the nature of the one injury in particular always makes me quesy and also because he reminds me so much of my friends young son.

I think it's important certainly for the jury, and maybe also for the general public, to see the aftermath. I'm sure that many people who have seen Jodi or know her and have heard about the case still would not believe the full extent of what she actually did unless they see it with their own eyes. If it makes one person go, wow, yeah, the petite little psycho I'm dating could do this, and saves their life, then that's a good thing and part of his legacy. Personally, I think he would want people to see and know. But that's jmo.

But I agree, I'm a big believer in closed casket for the family in most cases, and especially this one. And I'd much rather see the pics of him alive. In my younger days I probably would have tried to catch his eye

Maybe the family saw them and contacted the owner. If he was my family I really would be upset about it.

I have thought all along I dont think Ive ever seen a case where so many graphic pictures have been shown on the internet. Even his naked body in the shower. He has been given no dignity in death.

I don't remember any name being associated with the account. I'm not that familiar with photobucket, never used it and never heard of it prior the Casey Anthony case. Does it usually have a name on the account? Do you or anyone else know? I just wonder who put them up there.
