Agree. Travis' face in this final photo alive didn't look amused. To me, his expression kind of looks like, "What do you want? ... I'm kind of busy here, you pain in the butt..."

Plus it says he is sitting in the shower. So he might be alive but already injured at that point, stunned perhaps from the first stab.

I know he was found in the shower but there is supposedly a photo of her dragging his body into the shower so the stabbing and slitting started prior to him being in the shower.

Unless it started in the shower, he ran into the hall, she dragged his body back. Just a thought.

That is entirely plausible. The HLN caption says he was sitting in the shower. Who sits? I think he was already tied up or something. Otherwise it kind of looks like he is pouting or shrugging with his body language (what little we see).

Did it have a ledge to sit? I've never heard of a man sitting though. Sometimes I will if I am shaving my legs but not often. Usually just perch my foot there to shave.

JA wipes nose w/folded kleenex, again.

Is it true he did not invite her that night to his home and she came unannounced? I thought I heard that yesterday and was surprised but not sure if I heard correctly.

Hi, BrownRice, my completely hypothetical, but somewhat logical theory is that Jodi caught Travis nude taking a shower and used the camera as a ruse to explain her presence and catch him off guard. (Taking pictures seems to have been part of their love play.)

With him thus disarmed, she told him to wait a minute, retrieved a neighbor weapon, and then shot or stabbed him. (I always remember a film director, perhaps David Lynch, telling an interviewer that Hitchcock was brilliant because a person is never more defenseless than he or she is while taking a shower.)

In my imaginary scenario, she shot him first because she could it at a greater distance, thus not putting herself at risk from the much larger Travis. The blow partially blinded him and impaired him and then she, more panicked, went ballistic with the knife. I would think that a very self-possessed and possessed woman like Jodi would plan a one-shot killing, but also have a backup plan.

And, yes, the visit was apparently a surprise to Travis.

Too bad the prosecutor isn't strategically using the courtroom layout -- I would be displaying those pictures in front of the defense table in front of her face, making it unavoidable.

Great point. I, too, noticed that he's posed uncomfortably-looking in this shower photo. I could think that he was tied up, except...

He'd have to mightily wriggle free from the shower nozzle, in an attempt a getaway. I'm thinking his blood was in enough places outside of the shower to prove that he managed to move a fair distance from the shower.

JA appears to be attemting to cry - she is wiping nose again - got a new kleenex (finally) I am not detecting any tears - no eye wiping - no mucus dripping .....pretty dry crying (if it exists at all)...her Atty leansover to talk to her.

Just for clarification ..... Mormon garments (Mo Mo Under roos - as I affectionately call them) are only worn by people who have been "sealed" (married for life and eternity) in the temple or by those who have been through the temple to go on a Mormon M ission. Just because you were baptised Mormon does not mean you have achieved the status of being able to wear the garments. You must be recommended and "called" to go thru the temple ceremonies in order to receive the ability to wear these things. LDS people wear them to bed and all of the time except while bathing.

So your thought is he isn't even aware she drove to AZ until she shows up in his bathroom with the camera?

I too think he was shot first because I can't imagine him not being able to disarm her with the knife or do some heavy damage to her in return.

I thought that was after the murder? How could she physically drag him to the shower when he was alive and not injured yet? His face doesn't look like he is in pain - just surprised (and not entirely happy).
