So your thought is he isn't even aware she drove to AZ until she shows up in his bathroom with the camera?

I too think he was shot first because I can't imagine him not being able to disarm her with the knife or do some heavy damage to her in return.

Except there are times stamped pics of them having sex hours before the shower, so she couldn't have surprised him then.

Bathroom has his and her sinks. JA used just the 'her' sink to try to clean up the gallons of blood.

I know he was found in the shower but there is supposedly a photo of her dragging his body into the shower so the stabbing and slitting started prior to him being in the shower.

Hi, LoneTraveler. I believe that the series of pictures begin with him in the shower. If Jodi asked him to pose sitting down, it might have made him more immobile immediately before the attack. I think that it's quite possible that the attack began in or very near the shower room and that Travis made his desperate self-defense in the next room. Then Jodi dragged him back to the shower to put him at another remove from discovery. I think that she washed him off almost reflexively; like her other "clean-ups", it was more automatic than effective.

I usually can look at evidence photos without it getting to me too much, but my stomach is doing flips at this. Poor Travis. Unbelievable.

I thought that was after the murder? How could she physically drag him to the shower when he was alive and not injured yet? His face doesn't look like he is in pain - just surprised (and not entirely happy).

thats what i meant, the prosecutor said in opening that the camera accidently took a pic showing her dragging him to the shower

As awful as it is, the blood distributed all over the place means a good spatter analyst can probably tell the series of events that occurred. Let's hope they have a very good one.

- red stain on tile in bath - white box - reddish brown stains look like water soaked blood staining running up the box. = door to closet in master bath. cartridge casing found on floor in master bath depicted in same picture.

Oh I can, lets not forget Jodie arrived at 3am, they slept until 1pm, had sex afterwards .... nude photo sessions between the two. She ties him up and he was willing at that point. Jodie was no physical match for TA but tied up she can basically have full control.

She is the saddest little actress I've ever seen. All her fake anguish... putting head down... putting hand up to cover face... hair slung just right to partially hide her face from the camera. Jodi, girl, YOU ARE TOAST!!!

She can't seem to really cry. Her faces she makes when looking at the crime scene photos come across as painful constipation.

Hi, BrownRice. First she showed up at his door and then in his bedroom where they took pictures of each naked. Then, perhaps after a nap, he took a shower. And met his death.

I'm wondering if the prosecution might be saying that he was stabbed first partly because they are apprehensive that saying he was shot first might confuse the jury about how he could battle back at all. It's also possible that they think that the gunshot was the final blow because it might have gone at a downward angle. But if he was seated in the shower for the final picture, she might have begun the attack with her above him. Just a thought....

True. That testimony and the ME's are going to be really, really rough to sit through. I pray the family doesn't sit in court those days.
