What I am not believing is JR "surmising" that his wife was responsible for the death of their daughter and waiting for her to admit it- or PR waiting for her husband to "guess" that she was the one who killed their daughter. If he knew she wasn't really missing- well, where was she then? If she was already dead at the time JR became involved- PR had to have told him how she died. "I don't know what happened, John!" I grabbed her by her shirt and shook her and she must have hit her head, and I didn't realize how hard she hit. NOW what do we do?" Think about it....any of you who have kids. If your child was dead in your home, and there were only you and your spouse and another child at home at the time- would you just keep quiet while THINKING "Gee, I wonder if he/she did this?" Not me- I'd be screaming "What DID YOU DO!!! OMG!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!!"
That's the way I see it happening. Then they decide what to do next- make it look like an accident. They may even have had advice from their lawyer/friend at that point- we'll never know- the phone records were unobtainable. Either way, JR was in on it RIGHT away.

I think so too,Dee dee.And I think that's why the 911 call came in so late in accordance w/ their previous plans.I think JR had one or a few phone calls (on his cell) to finish up b/f telling Patsy to dial 911.
I think JR was told not to contact his lawyer again until after the body was found.

JB is missing and JR suspects Patsy wrote the note???? In that case he'd have to know JB was already dead,or close to it.He wasn't stupid.He would have confronted her right then and there.
And IF he had allowed LE to be called in right away,(even though the note says not to) ...he'd have taken LE aside and said 'Look,I think my wife wrote that note.Question her or whatever you have to do.BUT PLEASE FIND MY DAUGHTER !!!!'

me too.reminds me of Patsy's comment that 'she was screaming and John was screaming when he came up from the basement'.
