Depp says he paid Heard $7 million post divorce. He also testifies he has "no idea" who wrote a joint statement released after the divorce. "I wasn't given much of a choice [in releasing it,]" he says.

In the joint statement, Heard said her portion of the settlement would be donated to charity. Depp says he made a payment to a charity in her name, and she accused him of seeking a tax break. Depp says Heard then asked that he pay double the $7 million.

Just thinking aloud.... I watched nearly every Depp movie until about 2018. Loved his acting and was always transfixed by how believable he made his characters. Which reminds me, after watching him for two days on witness stand, Depp is a very, very convincing actor.

goodness, what a terrible person she is… the guy runs around employing, deploying, and worrying about providing for a small army - herself included! , and she defines that as unmanly?
