I think the medical doctor who treated Depp when he was admitted will testify about whether that was indeed a cigarette burn on Depp's face.

Yes, Johnny has already demonstrated he will rely on snark, sarcasm and smirks in answer to Mr. Rottenborn's questioning. It will not serve him well.

I think he is making a mistake with the smart remarks....will not go over well at all. I think Heard's attorney made an excellent point in pointing out the scope of this trial...it is that Op-Ed and frankly limited to that Depp may be in trouble. The fact that his lifestyle was what lost him Pirates two months prior to that did not look good for Depp. The think we have a mutually abusive and toxic couple whose paths should have never crossed.

There is a video in that Daily Mail article that was referenced. A red carpet interview with the writer of the POC series. The interviewer is trying to get him to divulge info about Johnny Depp being axed but he doesn't actually say he was; he talks in generalities. I see if I can find it to post it here (I watched it on a YouTube live; the creator shared it)

We’ll see what happens, but Heard’s lawyers tried to get the case dismissed several times but the judge denied it.

Much of what I remember from that deposition is all the weird extra mouth movements she makes in it, only part of which can be attributed to the mysterious choice both lawyer teams make to let her eat food; and not all of which seem like logical micro expressions either.

IMO, Heard would love to force a mistrial and get this case thrown out… the court should be watching her like hawks.

ironically, the Barlow shenanigans line up perfectly with the Depp team’s consensus in Britain that Amber is a traditional narcissist, who used and deployed her friends like flying monkeys to hurt Johnny whenever it suited her. I was shocked at how unethical Attorney Bredehoft was at pretending Eve Barlow was nothing to AH; if she’s not her girlfriend she was at very least functioning in the capacity of a researcher; and Court TV’s statement that she had arrived every day in the same car as AH, isn’t particularly helpful to the attorney’s claims, lol.
