The trunk liner was tested via air sample not ground sample. It makes no sense.

Okay, so some believe that she lay in the trunk before she was alledgedly put into bags? I am trying to figure out where some posters are going with this? Are posters saying Caylee died from Chloroform in the trunk but out of the bag and then was placed in a bag that protected the flies from the chloroform?

Where is it said that Caylee was ever in any bag? I know they found a couple small footbones within the bags (which does not mean inside the bags), but where is there a report from the crime scene that Caylee was ever in a bag or bags? And you are very good at finding documents, perhaps the best ever, so also could you find an official report that says she was "thrown" into the woods?

I am not sure Hl is going to testify, so possible no cross examination. They may find an expert that can study Hl's findings. Hl takes a lot of pictures, he holds up well under cross. IMO

2) I had provided a link for you showing bones were found in the bag. (Osteological Report) I do not have a problem believing that. Since you have an issue with it perhaps you should investigate it.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program.... I really don't know what Lee can add about the remains site that the botanist, archeologist, taphonomist, entomologist and others won't.

People are really trying to help you find your answers.....I know this, as I have learned SO MUCH from carefully reading and considering their responses to you! Take time to honestly consider Casey as highly (if not solely) responsible to what happened to end Caylee's life. If you open up that avenue of thought....you may see things differently. Just tryin to help. I do believe that you truly want to get to the bottom of all of Casey's lies and misdirection.....and find out what happened to sweet Caylee. I read the sincerity in your posts, I really do.

I think we both know there is no official document showing Caylee was "thrown in the woods". Thanks for acknowledging that.

I think the problem for the State is that the reports from the field are different than the reports from the Me office. ( osteological report)

The pictures should tell the story. I do not know why they would mix so many things and put them in a shroud for transport.

If I found a body beside a bag and found a few small foot bones in the bag, In no way would I assume that the body was in the bag at one time, furthermore I would not go on to establish it as fact. It is an assumption. The only way I could possibly know it, is if I saw the body in the bag.

I am only pointing this out so that many sleuthers can realize what the defense strategy might be. Those who have made up their minds based on assumptions have every right to assume. I for one will not assume things, I am out for the truth and establishing fact. thanks , you are terrific

BBM, and I hope it answers some questions you still have about Caylee's remains being put in gargage bags and possibly the canvas laundry bag from her own garage.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- New evidence in the case of slain Florida toddler Caylee Anthony shows that her body was placed in a laundry-hamper bag and then secured in a plastic garbage bag before she was buried.

Documents the state attorney's office in Orlando released Wednesday also show the girl's mouth was covered with silver duct tape that had been adorned with a heart-shaped sticker. Duct tape also was attached to her head.

A utility worker found the 3-year-old's body last December in woods near where she lived with her mother and grandparents. Her mother, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, has been charged with her murder.

The toddler was reported missing to authorities in July, almost a month after she was last seen. Her third birthday passed while she was missing.

More than 100 pages of documents, including a search warrant and crime-scene technician reports, were released Wednesday in the Casey Anthony case as part of the discovery process.

A small, plastic toy and a Winnie the Pooh blanket were also found near Caylee's body, and clothing was discovered inside the bag containing her remains, according to the documents. Among the clothing items were a size 3T shirt, a pair of white shorts with vertical stripes and small cloth-type letters that appeared to be iron-ons, the documents said.

Yes, isn't it funny how the press has gotten it wrong so many times. I mean isnt it fox news that printed the bloody sillouette story? I for one read the official documents and am not about to fall for some press report that does not link their findings.

Point a few things out for fun:

Before she was burried. (She was never burried)

Placed in a laundry bag. (Wheres that official report)

Heart shaped sticker . (what heart shaped sticker, there wasn't even a residue as Yuri reported) if there was a residue, then they could have tested it.

clothing discoverd inside the bag containing her remains. Where is that official report. The shirt was north of the skull and south of the bag. The shorts were to the east.

These news reports are designed to sell. A guitly Kc sells, A not guilty Kc does not sell. IMO
