Wesh2 just reported the story.

They indicated the defense group arrived back at the Anthony home about 2 minutes ago, now inside.

Showed footage of Lee removing memorial. Said he told reporters to get away. Sorry OT but was in the story.

LE continues their work at crime scene.

Don't know except I may rip mine out if some news station doesn't put up this press conference.

that has nothing to do with the caylee case, someone was bringing up evidence from the spector case, ie: being snarky.

Why would he remove a memorial to his niece? This is just wrong.

Report indicated he was very hostile. Reporters backed off. I would guess they did that out of respect for the tragedy, not the players.

Reporter said he was not questioned after he told them to get away from him.

It appeared to me that the memorial was on public property (around where the dog-woman with the sign was located).
Perhaps something about that specific area brings out the territorial in Lee.

I don't know. Yeah, this is sarcastic, I am blown away at the though of removing such a tribute. It happened. I watched it. Can't digest it.

that is why I questioned if they went near the memorial site at the crime scene....they seem overly teritorial over everything except donations....I think everyone knows what is 'a' property vs. public...I can't fathom the loss but there wasn't anything that I saw that was overly mean or cruel..

I am blown away that LA removed a memorial for little Caylee. WTH is wrong with him

Is this the A's way of possibly saying Caylee is not the one found in the woods. The truth will be coming out very soon about that.

Maybe someone there will get fed up and nail that memorial to LA's 4$$

Almost the whole team is there, I saw

Jose Baez ~ attorney
Linda Kenney-Baden ~ high profile attorney, author and legal commentator
Henry Lee ~ forensic "ketchup spitting, evidence hiding" scientist
Dr. Kathy Reichs ~ forensic anthropologist
Dr. Werner Spitz ~ forensic pathologist

probably there but don't know what he looks like
Dr. Timothy Huntington ~ forensic entomologist

No sign of Dr. Kobi ~ guess he is out of the loopy loop

What did the "Scream Team" think they would be able to make enough noise and the FBI, LE would allow them into the crime scene??? Yeah, I don't think so...

Who was it that removed the memorial items from Blanchard Park, KFN or Lee? In anycase, it was wrong then, and it's wrong now.

Since when are defense lawyers allowed at an active crime scene?? Am I wrong about this? Seems tremendously unprecedented...

Wow--thanks for the link. The story had a few standout paragraphs:
"We should be able to observe the scene. This isn't just anyone we're allowing in, we're allowing in people they (the investigators) come to when they train," said Jose Baez speaking of a team of forensic experts assembled for the defense of 22 year old Casey Anthony.

This has the air of the guy who doesn't get immediately seated at a fancy restaurant and pulls out the "Don't you know who I am?" card. You are allowing in people that the investigators come to when they train? Well, I'll trust your "trainers" did a good job and your people can double check their work when they are done....

'The best defense is full disclosure. That's the main issue here. If there are dozens of FBI agents and numerous law enforcement offiers doing something in this area, and then going to my client's home, I'm going to pay attention to it and I want to know what's going on," said Baez during a news conference held on Saturday.

Don't worry, JB. You'll know what the FBI knows soon enough. I seem to remember the judge telling you in Friday's emergency hearing that when LE is done, they'll turn the crime scene over to you.

They arrived on foot. It's on a public way.
