I think he did the presser to counter the doc dump. He did this at 5PM so all the sows will have to talk about his presser, leaving less time for them to discuss the horrendous items in the doc dump.

Good catch!! Only problem is if they start discussing duct tape and heart stickers placed over this angels face first, no one will hear a word he has to say. They'll all still be sitting there with their mouths open, in shock and disgust over what the baby killer did.

It's been 6 hours since the first time I read it and my head is still pounding, my heart is still heavy and my eyes still well up, every time I think about it.

It's not repeating here on the west coast today either. Usually it is 1 hour , then repeated. Anyway, Some things were said that raised my eyebrows. If you have any opportunity to type up some from what you TVO'd, that would be great. Especially the part where Mark claims to be certain that Baez is holding photos to sell. I think the judge might want to call him in to chambers and question him.

Right after they leave the presser, he says he knows for a FACT he intends to sell them. Later Galanos goes back to it. (another poster already reported this on the thread to give them credit!) Mark (?) says he has seen them, and he knows they are going to sell. They were attached to the brief he received. He was going to give to media, and they said no, he would be sued, as they planned to sell them, there's a value to them. So Baez can say all he wants he has no deals, but they will sell at some point.

Michelle says nothing illegal about it. But it is fair game, if they allow it in it would look bad. More talk about ineffective counsel.

1. I know several latino attorneys who are excellent and have had higher profile cases.

2. latinos are VERY family oriented and are in disbelief about this mother killing a child.

3. They are disgusted that Casey choose to use a latina woman as the scapegoat.

Can't wait to see the interview on univision he was about to do.

cracker, I think is meant to be a derrogatory slang term to describe white people. I have only heard the word used by one race of people, and they weren't white. I don't find it offensive, I find it laughable.

The team Baez has set up are evidence challenging "experts". Baez is gonna go after sloppy LE and the system.

Baez didn't hire people to look for ZFGs. He hired famous entomologists and botanists. He's going after the science and the system.

If jose thinks the press is giving him a bad rap, well he better get himself ready because after casey is hauled off to prison she is going to go ballistic on him. She will (IMO) claim he raped her, he coerced her, he lied to her, he sold her to his friends,.....she will ruin him. So IMO this is good preparation for what she will unleash on him when he doesn't get her off, and he won't get her off.

I said the very same thing a few days ago...watch she is going to set him up big time ,(say he wanted her "hot bod" or say that he raped her) because these type of people always need a victim in order to portray a victim. But they deserve each other.

Look, here's the deal. This guy is in over his head. He's incredibly inexperienced and hasn't tried a case with this type of media coverage. That's a fact. The way he has handled himself in the media is atrocious. I wouldn't call him "dumb" by any means, but he certainly hasn't handled himself "intelligently" by a long shot. Whomever is advising him (TB?) isn't doing a good job either.

The only thing these "pressers" are doing is making more of a media circus out him, his lack of experience, his client and this case. I almost feel shameful laughing at the guy.

Do you guys remember how we hated Geragos at the time of the SP trial? Looking back, I think MG was competent, media savy and professional - although we disagreed with him due to his killer of a client. Compare MG to JB.... There really isn't a comparison. It's quite pitiful IMO.

NO! Casey has never said a Hispanic woman kidnapped or caused the disappearance of her child. She left the child with a Hispanic woman ... who may well have been knocked off herself and the pOlice won't even try to find her -- instead found a Hispanic woman that did not fit the description and ruined her life!!!

Excuse me but yes KC said Zany took her child, what she didn't say was what Zani did with the child after she disconnected her phone and didn't meet KC at the drop off point. She also never said why Zani would want take her child. Except that it was nothing she (KC) did wrong.

Not only is Zani half Cuban, she's also half black! KC did a great job of pizzing off 2/3 of the residents of the whole state.

She not only blamed Zani once, she did it a second time when she said she was mugged by Zani and her sister at JB Park!! And then she told CA to tell Zani she forgave her.

As for the cracker thing, I think it is a colloquialism and a generational thing. I can see how some may be offended but it's good that others are explaining their definitions, i.e., learning curve. I have to admit, it makes me wince. I'm not that old but too old for the Young Ball at the inauguration last night LOL
