This is nice thanks.

It does not say where the supervised visits with his kids have to be. They could be in other places like at a park, restaurant, or at his own home.

He has an official who oversees his case and he can ask for permission to see his kids supervised at his own home or elsewhere, we just don't know if he asked for that.

I still don't think he only sees his 6 children at the home he is staying at.

Just my opinion…
I really doubt the official overseeing his in home detention is granting a lot of permissive leave. Since JD is not allowed to be around other children, public places are probably a strict no; especially restaurants, parks, etc. MOO

That makes it more likely he would get permission to visit his kids at his own house. Like it could be for a set time limit.

I thought a big reason why he couldn’t stay at his home is because it sits on the parents’ property? (He has minor siblings).

And also because he may not be alone with his own children, and obviously Anna can only be in one room at a time. MOO

I pulled this from: Public Access to Court Electronic Records | PACER: Federal Court Records

It places him in the custody of the R's at their residence.

It states that Duggar is in "home detention" and restricted to his residence at all times except for the listed reasons (I.E. work, education, religious stuff, etc).

It also states that he may have supervised visits with his children.

IMO, this means that he is restricted to the R's residence so he would not be able to go to the "family home" for visits and those visits at the R's home would have to be supervised.
BBM That is exactly what it means to me too.

My guess would be the kids have to be brought to him. JMO I think k the majority of his time is spent at the residence he is assigned to. MOO

I also think if the intent of the order was to allow JD to visit his children at his residence, the order would have been specific, as it was with work, legal, and church. MOO

IMO however the order of visitation is written, I believe Anna, Josh, and anyone involved are finding loop holes in the wording making it easier for Joshy to get around the order.

The document says the R's have custody but it also states that he has a supervising probation officer. The custodians would not be the ones to give Josh permission to leave the house. The probation officer is, it states as such in the home detention section.

I seriously doubt any probation officer is going to just willy nilly grant permission for Josh to go wherever he wants to see his kiddos. Especially places like parks, since he is to have zero contact with minors other than his own children. His family home would be off limits for the same reason - there are too many children.

The custodians agreed to this release and all of it's stipulations when they signed the document. They must have been aware that those supervised visits would take place MOSTLY in their home.

I believe Josh's probation officer does let him have supervised visits with his children at his own house. Not at Jim Bob's house, not around other children, just inside his own house he shares with Anna and his kids.

I do not believe all the visits with his children are at the house he lives at with his court appointed custodians - just not practical.

The judge specifically said supervised visits with his children and that needs to happen where it is most convenient.

Duggars Splinter Amid Josh's Legal Drama: Family Isn't 'as Close as They Once Were,' Says Source

The Duggar family's insular world, meticulously cultivated and controlled by patriarch Jim Bob, appears to be splintering.

After oldest son Josh Duggar's arrest in April on charges of receiving and possessing child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, TLC cut all ties with the Duggars and pulled the plug on Counting On — fracturing the unity of the once tight-knit family and leaving their future uncertain.

"They aren't as close as they once were because of all of Josh's legal drama," a family source tells
th

in this week's issue. "It's creating a lot of stress on them — although the majority of the family is acting like nothing has happened."

With his trial date just three months away, the family's eldest sibling is feeling confident he won't be charged, according to the family source: "He really thinks he's going to get out of it."

And Jim Bob and Michelle "are very much standing by their son," says the source.

"Jim Bob always wants to sweep things under the rug," the family source shares. "He's never going to talk about the scandal because it's bad for business."

Since Josh is a grown man, he should be responsible for his own legal expenses. Being unemployed and not owning his own home, he probably could qualify for a public defender (unless Jim Bob just wants to help out).

Also, since Josh is unemployed, could he qualify for unemployment? With the extra money being paid to the unemployed plus the stimulus checks and child care benefits, he and Anna could be getting a nice monthly payment. Would she also qualify for the WIC program and other benefits?

He may be unemployed and his family may be living in a shed, but there could be properties in his name. Ditto for his wife. How family properties are titled could impact qualifications for public defender and welfare programs. Also, couples who earned more than 150k last year do not qualify for the child stimulus $. I have no idea whether/how much rental income is in their names, whether/how they reduce tax liability, etc. JMO.

So, when Anna is visiting with the kids, do the 6 of the already born join her in the bathroom while the unborn tyke kicks at her bladder, does Josh join her in the bathroom, or does she just wear an adult diaper?

Good question. In theory she should keep her visits to him (that include the kiddos) very short. In reality he is probably alone with the kids here and there but no one is reporting it. MOO

Alot of articles about Josh are coming out in this newspaper:

The Sun

Is this newspaper considered a MSM newspaper sufficient to use on Websleuths?

That shows that JD allegedly was documented in the CSAM, yes?

That’s what I’m afraid it means too. That he wasn’t just downloading but also producing the CSA materials.
