I am stating the jurors are at risk, that is what I am stating. Unrelated, yes, I think Casey's safety is at risk too. Casey's risk is not related to the jurors imo, and I don't have any interest in protection for Casey. Jurors however, should be kept safe. The effects of this can have an enormous effect on potential jurors and jury decisions and the whole process of trials by jury IMO. I am looking at the big picture and the enormous impacts this could have IMO.
I also agree with HHBJP releasing the names makes a mockery of privacy laws. The laws need to change in Florida imo. They should enact laws that 1) do not allow jurors names to be released, 2) do not allow jurors to discuss the case and 3) do not allow jurors to profit from discussing the case. Easily done, and in effect elsewhere.
