Just reported on Fox Casey will not be getting out of jail today Monday Aug.18th..

Casey needed to be stoned and partying all the time. It must be hard for her to sit in jail and not be able to do that.

Maybe Baez can tell her how to build a still in her cell.... or will poor Casey have to wait until she reaches prison & general population.

Life's a b1tch.

Poor Casey.

I do know there were a lot of posts from Casey to Lee letting Lee know when George would be at work, or when he wouldn't be home, etc. :waitasec:
So are you kind of figuring that brother Lee knew lots more about his sister's life (work) than anyone else?
Somehow, I have felt that. Has anyone ever found out where Lee works? I have asked this several times....no answer?

the conversation that we are talking baout toolk place before caylee was 1..maybe her dad gave her a lot of grief for getting pregnant..and maybe he demands responsibility from her so is critical of her- those are reasons to not want to be around your father that are not sinister toward the familly dynamics,

Maybe when she told her stories they made him mad as they should have if she is as immature as she is now..

Casey was still underage when Caylee turned 1 yo, wasn't she?

So her parents were serving a minor? Caset said that her mom bought lots of wine. Hmmmm... seems like the Anthonys think that the laws do not apply to them.

The prosecution opted not to question George Anthony. That's when Casey's brother, Lee Alexander Anthony took the stand.

"How close are you with sister," asked defense attorney Jose Baez. " Her and I know we can confide with each other on anything. We connect on a level and love each other unconditionally," said Lee Anthony.

I don't know where Lee is employed but Aug.5 "The Anthony family posted an unusual help-wanted ad on their MySpace page: They're looking for two volunteers willing to work without pay as personal assistants for George and Lee Anthony. They told Eyewitness News they simply need an extra set of hands to help manage the search for Caylee.

I wonder if Casey gets out tomorrow if she will be looking for a PA?

I would offer if I lived closer. How much fun would that be?

This is what I figured the case to be. Where Casey gets a free ride with Cindy, George didn't always play Casey's game without prodding back a bit about responsibility. Something that, like the truth, is a total stranger to Casey. Casey would know she couldn't argue much with her dad - he was paying her bills - so she just dreaded dealing with him.

I think this is evident when George insisted on getting that "tool" out of Casey's car trunk when she stopped by once after Caylee's disappearance. George might not have suspected anything about Caylee at the time, but he wanted to see if it was Casey who had stolen his gas cans. She did, and he knew it.

Thanks so much Nemont, I couldn't watch it. My kid hijacked the tv onto the Nick channel. Wow, what an interview. Shep let him have it. WTG!

You are very welcome.

In addition to buying booze for her while she was underage, I also find letting her use the car without having a driver's license quite odd as well. I don't have the time to read everything, so I don't know if it has been covered or not, but, how did Casey get into Fusion and other bars if she didn't have ID?

Aloha all, this is my very first post, although I've been visiting since the VanDam case. I was thinking maybe it was going to be "awkward" because she was actually talking about Caylee's "dad", wasn't it reported that he died on his way to Caylee's party? I'm referring to Casey's my space post.

Nemont, it's called a fake ID. I think that's how most underage kids get into a club.

Unless Lee knew beforehand about the fake job then he and Casey aren't as close as he thinks they are.

Well, in Florida you can get an ID that isn't a driver's license. It has the same basic info that a DL has for identification purposes. Lots of people have them for travel, work, check cashing etc. if for any reason they don't have a license. Plus, just because her license was suspended, she probably still had it in her possession. Licenses in Florida I believe are renewed every four years and for bar hopping a suspended license is still ID.
