JVM on Haleigh 8/20/10

Em, I still believe that Misty was set up, too. And my thoughts are that she was set up by someone in the Cummings family. So why would the Cummings want to set Misty up, if neither her nor Ron is not the one responsible for Haleigh's death? I still think that they are protecting one of their own and if not Ron, then WHO?

I realize some here believe something happened to Haleigh on TN's watch, but I can't see that being the case.. But hey, IF it can be pinned on her after everything she has said and done to pin it on anyone and everyone she could think of.. Welll... Paybacks or HELL-O...JMO

Exactly. That's the kicker for me. The judge had been given information that weighed upon his/her decisions in the matter and those circumstances were not carried out as stated. The judge should have been notified (imo) that the stipulations had been compromised bc the understanding was that the grandmother (TN) and/or the great grandmother (Sykes) would be the ones providing childcare; (and it certainly wasnt stated, by all means, that childcare was to be provided by an unpaid, underage, drug-addled, live-in [this screams stat rape to me] - paramour, such as MC.)

Perhaps Ronald did tell Misty to drug the kids....to get them to sleep....and Haleigh OD'd. I see frantic calls for help from Misty. Help from her brother(s). Ron orchestrating what needs to be done. I don't think Joe was there at all. Perfect fall guy.

In Tommy and Misty's Joe did it story it has been reported that the gun Joe was after was in the closet in the master br. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I have watched the tours of the inside of the home and have never been able to figure out where the closet is in the master br. At first I thought it was inbetween the bathtub and the wall where the computer desk is but I think that is a shower. I don't see a door anywhere else in the room that would be for a closet. Does anyone know?

Yes, and for me, if Joe and/ or Tommy or the Easter Bunny, for that matter, or whoever had actually taken Haleigh had really done so, there would be no need to so OBVIOUSLY stage the scene with all the ridiculous "bricking" of the door and the leaving of the (auto-closing) door open to "prove" someone had been there. Don't forget that LE determined that HaLeigh going missing was NOT a stranger abduction based on physical evidence. IMO JO would be viewed as a stranger since he is not a part of the 'core' family.

Kinda rules out JO being in the MH that night doesn't it? It was all known samples, such as Ron, Misty, TN, Gma Sykes, etc. Maybe other Croslins.

JVM asked Werter if we are to believe Joe strangled Haleigh because he couldn't find a machine gun to go deer hunting. Now I must say, that does sound a tiny bit far-fetched. I have a feeling no person on a jury would buy that. Who hunts deer with a machine gun? :waitasec:

Except for AH of AH.com and Werter with his outrageous story, I have to say, JVM's show wasn't bad. Both of those men think they are so smart. :furious: This is the second time a caller asked about RC's bandage, and the second time AH answered about the cuts on RC's hand. The first time was on Levi's show. You'd think the guy would have made it his business to contact his sources about this subject before now. :banghead:

I am very upset with Art Harris and James Werter.

Art upsets me the most because he is just doing it for self-promotion. How many times does he mention his Website on JVM and NG and yet he plays fast and loose with the 'facts'. He has tenuous sources who are feeding him speculation and lies and he just runs with it.

It has got to be the most un-professional journalism I have ever seen, lacking any credibility, integrity and .... it just hurts HaLeigh. He brings attention to HaLeigh's case but he is jeopardizing the chance for a fair trial and justice for her. What price?

IMO, Misty seemed in the dark about a lot of things pertinent to this case, especially those little details like what Haleigh was last wearing. What if Ron pulled Misty into this and Misty thought that she was helping Ron and Ron only? I don't know if I believe this but i guess it could happen.

Or what if Teresa pulled Misty into this and had Misty believing that she along with the rest of the Cummings were protecting Ron. I just don't know what is going on here, Em....honestly.

I think in Feb of 2009, Misty would have done whatever Ronald asked to prove her "love and devotion" to him, but that's jmo.

How in the world did ronnie buy that back door story? This is the father, FGS. What was ronnie doing for the seven months he was married? He backed up that bricked door and gave suggestions on how the perp entered. He only spoke of the side door and never mentioned the front door. We have all said the perp had to use the front door because it has more cover. Wouldn't the father think the same? He tells all he had not really questioned misty. WTH?

I will never, ever understand why the State is doing what they are doing. I will never understand what makes rc tick. He is one sick puppy.

For them to have a made a deal about him testifying truthfully was about the only thing I can think of that will land him behind bars forever. There is no way on earth, ronnie can speak truthfully.
