Has the possibility of waterboarding been explored?I don't know how it is done, but if Drew tried to intimidate and terrorize her by waterboarding maybe he went too far and she drowned from the water running onto her face...so no water in the tub.Susan

Maybe that wound on her head is from the faucet. He could have been trying to force her to sign some kind of papers to get him a better financial settlement from the divorce.

If it's posted online I will link the video. Posters at Greta are commenting that not only did Steve stand by and watch Drew throw Kathleen to the ground, during the incident that Stacy taped. He wouldn't let his wife help Kathleen when she was crying for help. Steve is a prick. He is just like Drew. I wonder if someone can dig up his history. I wonder how many DV calls have been made to his house?

How would one accomplish this at home? Forcing someone's head under the faucet at the kitchen sink? Kneeling next to the bathtub? Inside the tub?

It seems there could be a variety of ways of accomplishing the same or similar effect. Unless Drew has a big board with restraints stashed somewhere, he could have improvised in a number of ways. Hmmm...

I'm confused. I thought Steve said that after Drew came to his house asking Steve to accompany him next door because Kathy did not come to the door, Drew charged ahead thru the back gate where there was an angry dog and went in the back door which had a broken window.

So, why did he even need a locksmith? Did he call his brother the locksmith after the body was found, or did he call Paul, then go get Steve and go in the broken back door before Paul got there? Something stinks.

I will follow up for confirmation and links, but this is the latest gathered from my travels through the blogosphere:

AMW reporter is saying that LE has phone records for landline and cell and there are no phone calls between Drew and Stacy the day she disappeared.

There is an investigation into Drew Petersons fellow officers.

Dr Baden is perfoming Kathleen's autopsy today.

ETA: Drew is a highly trained martial arts expert.
