How can she say she has not earned any money? Baez already admitted those Ohio pictures were real. Who got paid for those if she didn't?

According to the date on the above article, KC's Ohio pics were taken the last weekend of July, so if she earned any cash from them, it was probably more than 30 days ago.

IMO JB is handling the money. Maybe he feels if he has to pay for her expenses he should handle the money, if in fact he was paid for those pictures. Some people thought it was her, others didn't.I don't think her PO could use that photo against her.

I thought Jose had a video of her drinking a Corona and saying " I CONCUR" and he tried to sell it to TMZ and they said " no thanks" later the shopping video showed up.

I don"t know what this probation is going to do for Ms Anthony. She has body guards baby sitting her 24/7 . Any mental health professionals will come to her if she gets any help at all. There has been to my knowledge no enrollment in school. So far that seems like all talk. Concerning a job, well we know how that story goes. She was a leach before the tragedy and in my opinion is going to continue on that road. Every one is still making it to easy for her to not become a responsible adult.

"In accordance with her court orders, Offender Casey Anthony reported to probation at 6pm on September 1st, 2011. She was cooperative and answered all the questions of her probation officer.

She reported that she is currently unemploye and that she has not attended educational or vocational classes. She has not earned any income in the last 30 days according to her statement.

She told her probation officer that she has not consumed alcoholic beverages, used or bought illegal drugs or controlled substances. She reported that she has not had any contact with law enforcement during the last month.

Currently, no violations have been noted. As her probation continues, as is done with all offenders, her probation officer will encourage Offender Anthony to explore her options as it relates to her employment."

..this is ridiculous.

..per the terms of her court ordered probation----she is to GET A JOB.

..she hasn't----and also hasn't taken any classes to further herself educationally..

..as frank george asked the probation dept. at the original hearing "what IS the PURPOSE of probation?" ( to integrate the offender back into society as a meaningful member)....by doing NOTHING, how is kc fullfilling her probation requirements?

..this time around is pretty much the same ( lazing about somewhere NOT working and NOT going to school and NOT bringing in any income ) as the probation she "completed" while incarcerated.

Probation is a joke in the grand scheme of things. Sure everyone says it's to get 'incorporated into society' but for the most part unless you got someone checking up on you at a more consistent basis (read: more than just once a month) it's not a big deal. I don't see it as her getting special treatment as the process itself being a weak checks and balance on former inmates. You got to screw up pretty good on probation to get thrown back in jail.

ITA.. I don't see KC getting special treatment at this juncture in her probation. If the PR folks are still sending out the same press release a few months from now, i.e. she still hasn't found a job or sought schooling, then they better get on her tail.

OCA first reported for probation August 24 and then again on the first of September.

I wouldn't think they could legally count any days before her original date of probation, so how did they come up with "the last 30 days" when it's only been eight days? Is this how they are going to monitor her closely? She's lying already to the PO about the 30 days and they apparently believe her. They even sent out an email bragging about how cooperative she is.

At this rate, I don't believe she will serve one year. It will end before then.

The DOC had problems with trying to total her "served" time while she was waiting in jail for her trial plus her time off for good behavior (when she didn't behave) didn't add up either.

Maybe it's me, I just don't understand the "new" math!

From what I understand, her probation requirement is to seek employment, not because DOC expects money from her, but because that's part of her rehabilitation. So I don't know why they would be concerned with money received from deals.

However, the DOC press release does point out that KC stated she has not "earned any income" in the past 30 days.

IMO that phrase 'earned any income' is just another way of saying she has no employment and that's it. I would have to wonder if she tells them she doesn't have any 'income', I don't see how the PO would follow up on that (sort of like trying to confirm a negative).

The trouble would come if she said she actually had a job when she did not.

..her indigent status is just for court, she actually has to come up $20/month for her probation.

Those were all questions on the form that we had found for the Corrections Dept. I'm surprised media didn't ask for a copy of the actual form, redacted. They got the original intake one. It also asks if she's sought therapy..love to know that answer. And please, she hasn't had one beer? Why not say yes..it's not a violation. Makes me think she's lying. Besides the obvious reasons of course.
