I'm wondering if keeping sf out of the courtroom wasn't entirely a strategic move. I mean, he's bound to have called mummy at some point in the last 11 months right? And if mummy wad to expect a coded call from a stranger, wouldn't pf also likely make coded calls to her? So bring her in.

But then in walks john doe, and sf is pretty meaningless, jd kills two birds with one stone.

My gut feeling is this just very well may be the case today in closing arguments from the defense.


I'm all in on the guilty in the 1st degree so add my vote to the tally.

I just wish now PF would be getting the DP and quickly.... but since that is not an option, solitary is where that evil one belongs.

I just don’t see any elements of a lesser degree conviction. I am never very confident going into a jury deliberation but I am cautiously optimistic about a 1st degree verdict. There is just so much evidence.

Tally me in on the vote.

I will begrudgingly vote for 1st degree murder , but I want to be on record for Death By Hanging as my write-in vote.

Patrick "Worst Plan" Frazee -- he really needed Steigerwald a year and a few months ago in those autumnal pastures, to talk him out of that worst plan ever and suggest that divorce and modest child support payments are not, on balance, so bad.

Expecting a quick "Guilty." Bravo to the prosecuting team, and best wishes to the Berreth family, who must be flooded with a rare mix of emotions today.

The defense said during their opening that KK murdered her in another location. Wonder if they brought that up during closing.

They probably won’t refute the cell phone data, witness statements, or surveillance footage.

I fully expect them to ignore that stuff. If you can’t win on the facts, you have to try and win on emotion.

Use the hate of KK to manipulate the jury into ignoring the things that actually matter.

That don't wash with me,and I feel nothing but hate for her. Hope the jury is on the same page.

Stiegerwald says there’s no image of Frazee or Kenney that supports the prosecution’s case. Also, he says the tote is heavy empty & that Frazee couldn’t move quickly with it if a body was inside.

So not only did the defense not point the finger at KK, but they are also denying the cleanup.

I’m glad they acknowledge that she’s not the killer, but we already knew that.

Ironically for the defense, PF’s public defender has recounted all the stupid moves PF made along the way ... it further shows what an idiot his client is! And it all leads up nicely to a murder one verdict!
