In this woman's own words, the only thing odd was Terri showing her the photo of Kyron with his science project. Or maybe even why she stopped to talk to her when she had a child who didn't feel well and a medicine to buy. (Is it confirmed that she had a medicine to buy?)

I am just confused about the timeline. This witness says she ran into Terri between 9:30 and 10 - I thought Terri had a 9:12am stamped receipt from Fred Meyer?

Terri claims she went to two FMs. The first right after the science fair, for which she has a receipt for buying something. She said she couldn't find a specific medicine for the baby at the first FM, so she drove to the second FM. I think Andrea spoke to Terri at the second FM.

What jumps out at me is this statement:

"Only (Terri) knows the truth about what happened that day," she said.

What was she obviously being deceitful about? Seems like they left out a portion of the interview question??

She says that is doesn't necessarily mean she harmed Kyron yet she says that only Terri knows what happened to him? What does she think she did, send him on a vacation to Disneyland with grandma?

Thank you, Gram, for the quote. It is my opinion that the LEO meant Kyron's investigation by "this" investigation, that he meant other investigations by "other times", and that overall, he meant that Terri has been cooperative during Kyron's investigation, and not cooperative during other investigations such as the violation of the restraining order.

I do not ask that anyone else agree with my opinion.

I'm not even going to try to guess at what this woman means by deceitful...I am tired of guessing what everyone means in this case. And either we never hear full questions and answers or the questions are not asked properly.

And it's anyone's interpretation what that means. It could mean that there are things she's refusing to tell them or lying about, or (for example) it could mean that she honestly doesn't remember exactly where she was during the hour and a half she has no alibi. It could also mean that after being asked the same questions a dozen times, she got annoyed and walked out.

She is commenting that she feels it's obvious TH has been deceitful in other ways.. I'm assuming she feels this way by hearing what KH and DY have said in media, as that part of the convo was about Kyron's parents..

This is deeply disturbing to me.

Until recently, we hadn't heard from Terri, or heard her side of things. Ironically, it's Terri's e-mails that are being verified as truthful. Desiree stated publicly and vehemently that Terri couldn't account for her whereabouts. Terri did account for her whereabouts, though, and not only that but so far there are witnesses attesting to the fact that she was where she claimed to be.

Did this witness say that she SAW the baby?

In support of what you and BeanE are saying about Terri being cooperative versus uncooperative -- around the time LE claims Terri became "uncooperative" is around the time she hired Houze. There is an article where LE almost jokes about this very fact, saying something about her being cooperative prior to hiring Houze, but that they're not really asking questions anymore and she's not answering them subsequent to her hiring Houze.

Well, we know now that she was seen at at least one Fred Meyer Store. Didn't Terri have receipts? I don't think it was a huge question about her being at the stores; in fact the receipts could look like a preplanned alibi, especially next to the unaccounted-for times in the morning, early, and later, with the driving around with the baby.

I am thinking that it is the time at the science fair that Terri has not been truthful about and the very long time she claims to have been driving around with her baby girl, who was suffering from an ear ache.

As for the emails the next day; they can be perceived as alibi-building.

Not accounting for her whereabouts would mean she wouldn't say where she was, or what she was doing. She did account for her whereabouts. She related that she was driving on rural roads, to soothe her baby.

It's still an account of her whereabouts, though. Desiree may not believe her, LE may not believe her, and you may not believe her, but Terri did give an account of her whereabouts that day. She didn't fail to give an account of where she was and what she was doing that day, which is what was implied.

That is what she said, and she added that not all of them were TH's friends and just people who may have only talked to her for a few seconds..
