Thats the part I dont understand, he said he saw the bag but the officer didnt.I would have ran to the bag and held it up and made sure Caylee was not in that bag. If I felt that strongly she was there. I Might have been arrested until le looked in the bag.

bold by me

Did RK actually say that in the interview? That he saw the bag when he was standing there with the officer, but the officer didn't see it? I missed that. If I were RR I would have asked "was the guy blind or something?"

The defense will tear him apart if he is not honest and consistent with why he was at the scene on Aug 11. Was it to seek shade? Or is that a bogus explanation for a Caylee search while you have time to kill? I bet the defense demands that the co-worker also testify.

and how many other places are there: "to seek shade?"

It's not that I don't believe the MR, because I have posted before this that I commend him. Just some very big blanks to be filled in here, IMO.

The defense cross-examination of Kronk is going to look very different than the GMA interview.

As it should! But a smart jury (:praying:) will see through it all!

I think it is ridiculous to accuse Krunk of taking a bag of remains home.

Where did I accuse him please?I said maybe.I am allowed to speculate am I?And I was never rude to ANYONE on this board,if I ever rolled my eyes I did it re some of the subjects of this story not re posts or members.

So if you don't agree that this man is a superhero, you are being ridiculed. No problem, have fun.

I think so. His lawyer better prepare him.

You know some people really are that nice.

I can't believe that anyone would think that this man took Caylee's body home with him.

Madeleine, your entitled to your opinion, even though I strongly disagree with you. And I would like to thank you (sort of) becauseI have been looking for a reason to stop thinking about this case and today I found it.

Mr. Kronk has been nothing but upfront and honest with everything he knows and everything he did. Unlike little Caylee's family who have truly done some the most outrageous, suspicious things I have ever seen a family of a missing loved one do.

After watching what has happened to this man, I can personally say that I would be extremely careful about ever attempting to help out in any way shape or form in any similar case in the future.

I agree.. but I think there are that people that are THAT NICE. Nicer.. in fact.
I guess it all depends on where you live. People were I come from still say or wave hello to strangers.

Nobody likes a good red hot trial anymore than I do .... and this may be one in some respects, but there is still evidence - circumstantial it may be at this time, but nonetheless I don't think any jury can get around it. 31 days and behavior should convict if nothing else does. I can't wait to see how that is attempted to be explained in a reasonable manner. :floorlaugh: Good luck!!

WFTV

He then talked about the sheriff's office response to his calls in August.

"I drove over there. I called. The officer showed up. I showed him a picture of a snake that we had found on Monday. He looked kinda shaken up. It was a 6 and a half foot diamondback rattlesnake. He pulled his baton out and went down to the water's edge. He just swept his head back and forth. [He said,] 'I don't see anything' and pretty much that was it. He told me I was wasting the county's time and that they had all these other tips and that was it," Kronk explained.

The officer said Kronk was wasting LE time, and the snake grows from 4-foot to 6.5-foot.

Oh sorry!!! I thought I was replying to something SS had said and I was in agreement. Not intended for you at all Madeleine. So sorry for the confusion.
Let me go back and make sure.

I agree.
I'd like to hear the Defense's reason for accusing Kronk of this (if true)
What would be Kronk's motive for taking a trash bag containing human remains? Really Now:rolleyes:
Smoke and Mirrors.
Trying to get us to forget that Casey was the last one to see Caylee alive, that her car smelled of decomp, that her car had high levels of Chloroform, that she didn't report her child missing, until her mother finally caught up with her and she was the one to call 911. UGH
WE won't forget!

No freaking way!!!!! The defense will pull any trick out of the hat to negate the fact their client had anything to do with murdering Caylee.

I watched the Kronk video and he presented himself well and truthful. Unlike CA does. She spews lies and deceit every time she speaks.

Does anyone know on which date the picture of the snake was taken and/or it was taken with a cell phone ?

I found it .

This makes sense to me, now - pix was taken first time he was at scene. If I was driving around town all day and like to take pix, I'd probably have a camera with me in the truck. I was trying to eliminate the possibility that the pix was taken on Dec 11.

Let's keep posting where it says "Kronk discloses more information about finding Caylee's remains". That's where I went after the other was closed.

Madeleine I hope this clears it up.

Lawyer to Kronk: Do not tell any lie on that stand. Even if it means you say something different than you have already told the media or any LE dispatcher or officer. Do not tell any lie on that stand. The defense will destroy you if you tell any lie. Don't concern yourself with anything you have said prior. Your truthful testimony on the stand is the only thing that should matter to you.

With the news of his previous bounty hunter experience I don't find it surprising that he figured out the location on his own. The simplest answer is often the best, but nothing seems that simple in this case. I was wrong--he said there was no tip. He deserves the recognition for being a hero, and for bringing the closure he was hoping to provide.
