Yahoo it worked!

I knew you could do it.:woohoo: Thanks.

Can't recall the blog of Dawn's your speaking of. First time I've seen that entry on NG's blog. Interesting. He didn't want to tell them they met thru prison correspondence? Loved to have known if the "boss" did a background check? I'm guessing no.

As far as the rodeo champion, I think I remember seeing where one of the prison' in TX do have a rodeo competion...maybe for charity...but the prisoners do win a little something if they win the competion. Maybe he was the champion rodeo clown.....or that's where he picked up his BS?
LOL.:waitasec:

:dance:Thanks hollyblue, There is another disturbing post on the NG link:

I live in Great Bend KS and I know he has had sex with another sixteen year old girl one time. She said he kept calling her afterward, and she put his name in her cell phone as the freak. She thought he was so weird that she wouldn't see him again. She has spoken about this and feels bad and she knows he is a bad person. I want to stay anonymous, but the world needs to know how sick this guy really is.

The guy in my above post wanted to remain anonymous but he used his name to post the article!

I am wondering if AL was in Topeka before arriving in GB? Has the GF lived in GB for awhile? TIA

I live in Ks. between Wichita and Great Bend. I have been following your show about the Alicia Debolt murder. I tried to call the past couple of nights without luck. We know the body was burned. I have an idea about that. Don't think fire/matches type burn. A worker found her at the asphalt batch plant. What if she was tossed in a batch of that HOT tar-like paving material. It is made there on that site and is a very, very scalding hot liquid type substance. If she was thrown in that hot asphalt/tar, it would burn her body and may explain why her shoe was still on her foot. It would have melted to her foot immediately upon contact. Just an idea I had been thinking about.

Common law marriage? After 4 mos? Are they serious? I knew the gf was involved and had more knowledge than she let on. What a complete %^&^ fool. :( ....and if CPS does not look into the kid's welfare, they are negligent!! She's thinks he's innocent.....she needs a psyhe exam...stat. I'd hide my name too, Eva Marie Brown, if I were you. Aghhh.

Account details night of Great Bend teen's death

Oct 02, 2010 (The Wichita Eagle - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Late the night that 14-year-old Alicia DeBolt disappeared -- and days before her burned body was found -- Adam Longoria came home with stained clothing and smelling of fuel, according to one account.

OMG! :
Common Law Marriages
A common law marriage is a marriage by agreement of the two persons without any formal ceremony or license. A common law marriage will be recognized in Kansas if the couple considers themselves to be married and publicly holds themselves out to be married and if they are legally eligible to marry. She said they were like a family. "He's always considered me his wife even though we were not married."

since this statement is in the press it may be just what the state needs to throw the common law marriage out the window. It clearly shows he thought of them as married but she didnt. JMO

Lisa Brown said her sister told her this of the night that Alicia disappeared:

Her sister and Longoria had gone out to eat and returned home around 10:30 p.m. Longoria told her he had to leave to meet with undercover police officers, that he was an informant.

He came home around 12:30 a.m., smelling like diesel fuel. When she asked what happened, he said he stopped at the home of a friend and helped the friend deal with car problems.

He used bleach to clean his shoestrings and shoes.

He wore a shirt that had a blood stain.

When Brown's sister told her about the stain, she motioned in a way indicating it was a big stain, Brown said.

Brown's sister, when told of her sister's account of the stain, said it was wrong to say the stain was blood. She didn't elaborate.

According to Brown, her sister told her that Longoria asked her to destroy the shirt. That her sister said the shirt was cut into three pieces. That Longoria asked her to throw out the pieces in three different places. That her sister said she discarded the shirt pieces but didn't say where they were left.

Brown said her sister told her that the couple's Great Bend house smelled like diesel and her vehicle, a black Ford Escape, smelled like fuel — that she had to roll down the windows while getting rid of the shirt because the fumes made her sick.

Brown said her sister told her that Longoria's pants were put in a trash can in the backyard.

When Brown visited the couple's home several days after Alicia disappeared, she noticed that it smelled like fuel.

Her sister said that since July, she had intercepted text messages and phone calls from Alicia to Longoria, Brown said.

"She was upset because Alicia was underage and Adam was a grown man, and she didn't think it was appropriate," Brown said.

As of this past Tuesday, Brown said, her sister told her she believes Longoria is innocent

What about your BF comming home with blood stains, smelling of diesel fuel, cleaning his shoes with bleach, having you cut up a shirt and discard it in 3 places and throw away his jeans, the day before you hear a 14 yr old girl is missing makes your brain say hes innocent??? I dont get it. What kind of hold does he have on this woman?
I have been refraining from posting things about the GF thinking she was an innocent bystander. Now IMO shes as guilty as he is!

Something is wrong with this picture. She talks about how you don't take off and run if innocent....deja vu, eh? Didn't someone else say almost the same words before they booked?

Now it comes out she thinks he's innocent? I'm wondering if she wasn't MORE INVOLVED and she HAS to protect him, and vice versa?????

I felt sorry for her after learning her background, but after hearing she helped in destroying the shirt, etc......how much did she care about her children being around a man that was involved in something that he had to rid himself of the evidence??? I would have sent him to the local bar as a treat and packed my kids and myself up and booked myself. How insecure or down right studid can you get?

You know this is not looking good for her AT ALL...and if she did all the hiding of the evidence....why hasn't she been charged? And just why did she not have an inklling of something was wrong until after he was caputured Friday??? Story has to change....and both of their backs started to itch? Maybe Six was BS about having the one person who had committed the crime? Why hasn't she been charged with obstuction of justice and destroying evidence? Why? I'm sorry...take the kids away! Her girl was at the age to begin needing advice about men and dating, etc.....Oh, brother!

Article 38: Crimes Affecting Governmental Functions

Im wondering if shes not been charged YET is because its hearsay from a second party. I would assume if there is evidence that she aided him in anyway she will be charged. If shes not IMO she will be getting away with a heinous crime.

Since LE interviewed her....did she neglect in telling them about the shirt, etc. or did she finally fess up and tell all. Either way, she's up a creek if the story is true. imo

Wish I knew what they were looking for,now im wondering if the pieces of the shirt are what was being searched for in the ditches. If so LE has known about EBs involvment for along time and IMO she should have been charged by now.

Yep. Where is the shirt and did she tell LE? One thing.....it's getting complicated....and interesting. Where did the blood come from....the act of sodomy, her menstrual, or just how did he kill her?

Can't find a social website for the gf at all. Found her and the kids on a geneaology site, but it never mentioned her married name of Nunez.
