Notice the autograph on the brim of his hat, I can't make out the name but my guess is that it might be his own or....a rodeo dude. Ugh, he thinks he's hot. This must be the infamous hat he shipped back to TX.

Can't recall the blog of Dawn's your speaking of. First time I've seen that entry on NG's blog. Interesting. He didn't want to tell them they met thru prison correspondence? Loved to have known if the "boss" did a background check? I'm guessing no.

As far as the rodeo champion, I think I remember seeing where one of the prison' in TX do have a rodeo competion...maybe for charity...but the prisoners do win a little something if they win the competion. Maybe he was the champion rodeo clown.....or that's where he picked up his BS?

I have a really hard time believing the story told by SB.

First, I thought he mailed jeans and boots to TX? I guess these are not the attire he wore that night?
second, Smelling like gas? the house smelling lke gas that badly? No one else smelled that? LE or news never reported this odor before and anyone could ahve smelled it if it were THAT strong and lasting. Maybe that's why the car was confiscated, I don't know, but
three What about the party at his house? the one the neighbor claimed to have gone to? That couldnt have happened according to SB's tale.
4, what kind of fuel does that incinerator at the plant run on? if he knew how to operate that thing, wouldn't smelling its fuel in their house be normal? why take AD to the plant just to use regular disel fuel for burning her?
5 what about the story where he came home from work the next day all dirty?

The story in 5 doesn't coincide with SB's story.

Not saying SB is lying, but this story is awfully dramatic and if true, why the hell would EB EVER hold up the common law privilage for this man? Just because the law states that they can't make her testify doesn't mean she can't voluntarily do it.

I just believe the crime wasn't premediated and it took longer than the time frame SB sets up.

Who is SB? I know of the SIL, SB, who is JB's wife, but I don't know of the story she told? LB was the "sister" who did the media interview, which told of the fuel smell, cutting the shirt, etc, that as far as I know...no one can locate or substantiate. ???

Can she really tesitify voluntarily if the courts say they are recognized as a married couple or does the law absolutely forbid it?

The only reason I can come up with why she would maintain to "stand by her man" is....he has some kind of knowledge he's holding over her head. Fear. Now he's a proven liar....so unless he can prove "whatever", if this is case, she's fearing for nothing but BS.

Also, just noticed on the SIL's FB page she is talking about change coming. Hopefully, it is EMB's mind! I keep worrying about those kids...they are at such a crititcal age these days. I worry if they are being bullied or mistreated by their peers for their mother's decisions. Can she make the proper decisions for them.....after her destructive ones? I'd like to see EMB use this to turn her life around in the right direction; but is it too late? She is at a critical crossroads.

ETA: It was jeans and cowboy HATS he mailed. I had thought I read somewhere at sometime that it was boots too...but it was hats.

I have been mulling over a few pieces of the puzzle in this case. I still wonder if Alicia met AL long before EB's BD on July 17. I believe TC and DC were wed on June 12 and then went on a Honeymoon, however I do not know when and for how long. Rumor has it that they went to the Carolina's for 3 weeks. I also did not realize that Alicia was TC only Bio Child.

I am now wondering if 'Tiffany' on AL's cell phone (Mon Aug 23) was in fact Mom of Alicia's friend (D). Perhaps she was texting AL to see when he last saw Alicia. AL. I might be wrong but I think this creep AL put himself front and center into Alicia's life and that people around her knew this.

BBM I always thought it was her too, seeing what she could find out for the family.

I wonder if she stayed with her father during their honeymoon? As I mentioned before, the father's gf is the same age as EMB and was thinking maybe they knew each other and this is how AL came into JD's life. Maybe with kids around the same age, or shoot, it's such a small town, maybe on the same bowling league, went to the same bars, work together, etc.

Love to know if the two Longoria's who use to live in GB? were related in any way to AL. RL is the same age as AD's mother. You have to enter "longoria" and GB, KS

This is where I got the info while back. I'm more convinced, if the paper that had the article is correct, she is from a earlier marriage. She's 10 years older than the brother. She's not listed as a "friend" on the other sibling's FB sites. Sooo? And as far as I can tell, has never posted on AD's father's site, although a friend. ???

That is odd, if you were able to go back since his start on FB it should show up that they became friends.
