Now THAT is interesting! Makes me think that it really might be a rural location. Maybe she and/or whoever else drove away from the city lights... deep into the countryside... no moon... absolute darkness.

I would be shocked if she did everything alone. She might have killed him alone and then asked for help... or maybe there was someone with her the whole time. I don't know, but I think there was someone else. AND, I think that her "I'm not there yet" is leading to her pinning everything on that other person. She knows they're going to blame her. She knows they don't think he was abducted or walked away. She knows there's a good chance that they'll find him. She's already got her defense in mind... blaming it on the other person. (IMO, obviously)

On an unrelated note, there was talk in the beginning of someone else being at her house when she reported him missing. Did that end up being a rumor or an actual thing? I started following on thread 3...

This might be easier than we think to solve. If she did in fact take a picture, cops can compare these people to the people in the picture. Even body size would be telling, although not likely a determining factor.

Plus, the couple's mo isn't to just stand around outside looking for people to grab. The article says:

"He lures them in with jewelry, getting their nails done, buying them clothes, putting them into nice cars," said Brian Bates, who exposes prostitution in Oklahoma City.

In other words he tricks them into thinking he cares first and grooms them with a "relationship", then forces them into prostitution.

That said, could she have seen something about this couple in the news before he was arrested and made the story up based on that?

Yeah, I edited my comment. It wouldn't be a very bright or shiny sliver of hope under stranger abduction circumstances, but a living Lucas under the current circumstances....

These two's arrest is definitely still ironic as hell. Maybe EG does know "the secret" but she's just not doing it right.

That is about when I realized she was totally lying about the 2 people. She did not strike me as the type of person to welcome in two strangers into her home just to be nice to them. Especially with little kids she had.

Nah. It sounded like total BS to me about the two people. But then again she said she emailed a picture and knew that LE would ask to see this picture.

It would be interesting to know if LE ever found that picture or not.

I mentioned this last night and not many people commented on it. I was looking at the map for the first time to see the area she lives in and I noticed that all around the city there are Golf Courses. Golf courses have so much land and easy access too what if he is somewhere on the land of one of those?

It was initially- incorrectly - reported that her sister was there and that was changed to Lucas’ sister.

But even if it does, her whole story around it is so clearly fabricated, that I guess it is a moot point.

I just hope, if it does exist, the people are actually identified and have solid alibis, so that the defense would have zilch to work with there.

Eta But I assume it is a blurry crappy pic of the backs of some heads or she wouldn't have mentioned it. Or she erroneously thinks if it was through Snapchat it couldn't be confirmed.

I feel like if she hadn't thrown in "I invited them in" (and IIRC she emphasized that) it would be more believable. Oh what tangled webs we weave!
I don't think there is a picture. Willing to eat crow on that, but I'm guessing she claims the picture musta got deleted 'somehow'.

I have considered that Tim Miller referenced the Caylee Anthony case because EG's '2 people outside' are equivalent to Casey's 'Zanny the Nanny'.
