I highly doubt he thinks that. IMO - he just doesn't care. We've seen people choose their significant other over their children time and time again on this site.

I wish I could say I was speechless or shocked but sadly, I am not. I'd be shocked if he DIDN'T know of the abuse beforehand. I'd be SHOCKED if he was even bothered by it at all.

What I am....is completing disgusted. Poor Lucas.

Oh, he knew she was abusing little Lucas. Unless he is mentally backwards -- and I've not read anything to that effect -- he HAD to know how she was treating Lucas.
Some of those pics I and others have posted show older and recent bruises.

According to news articles, he was confronted about EG's alleged abuse of Lucas in spring of 2017. There is no way he didn't know.

Maybe he's standing by her because he's afraid of her turning on him...maybe he feels like he owes her since she hasn't given up his involvement so far. JUST THEORY

IMO they made a mistake by not allowing her to talk to JH, unless they have reason to believe he is involved in some way. He might of been able to get her to break down and talk.

The above will lead you to the link which provides the paper work to Modify Bond Reduction. The hearing is March 16,2018 at 9am.

There are several points brought up which I can see that could be argued.

IMO

1) both parties say they are married and then say they are not....girlfriend, wife, fiancé, etc....so that will have to be decided what is what

2) EG ex has filed in Butler County about physical abuse the boys belonging to him and EG received....so that is up for discussion because EG has certain criteria she needs to follow to see her boys....This was all posted some days back here on WS.

3) She will not automatically get the little one back as she is in state care....why does the dad not have custody by now?

4) if EG can pay or her family can pay for a private attorney why can she not pay for her bond?

5) like to know when she hired this attorney

6) IF she is let out, she needs an ankle monitor

7) I thought I read that EG kicked out JH of the house so how can they be living together

goodness we can go on and on and on with questions....

I hope Tim Miller can find Lucas.

I was only gone for a couple of hours and came home to read all of this. It’s only 4 pm where I am, but I opted for an early glass of wine. Then I figured that it’s 5 pm somewhere, so out came the vodka. Just a small one. :naughty:
Who exactly does EG want to play happy families with if she is released? Her daughter is in state care and Lucas is missing. That leaves JH, unless he’s away working. I think the kissy face moment won’t last too long. JMO
