The focus should be on the dark hours of Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Focus should be on the time after OG.

Thanks FLA! Keep your head up.

My theory is that whatever happened to Lucas happened after/around bedtime on Thursday evening or early Friday morning. I think EG reported him to be last seen wearing a pull-up because that actually is the last thing she saw him wearing and the truth would be easier to remember than if she were to make up different clothing. I don’t believe that he was napping at any point Friday or Saturday. VI stated that he doesn’t take naps when he’s with them and her account of the afternoon nap “as usual” during her interview clearly doesn’t match with her and daughter not napping during that same time frame when they went to OG on Friday. All that leads me to believe it happened sometime around bedtime or early morning before he would have changed out of the pull-up. I think the cleaning on Friday may be related and smoking in the garage perhaps to calm her down. Unfortunately I don’t think he was alive when she took her daughter to OG. I think she either returned home and went out late/middle of the night to dispose of him while it was dark OR she had someone helping her while she was at OG.

Just throwing that theory out there. MOO

Unless the landlord or a family member came by? Maybe Lucas video chatted with JH once they got home?

What if Lucas told someone “Emily left me at home when she went to dinner” and that is what caused her to hurt him?

MOO.

Your comment about the landlord reminded me about EG’s cat that she had to surrender because animals aren’t allowed at the rental home.

O/T - I had the same problem last year with one of my renters. I’d have to pop by occasionally unannounced to make sure there were no animals in the house.

Anyway, Lucas apparently really liked the cat and was sad to see him go. I was told they were planning to get a fish for him so he could have some type of pet.

Depending on how often the bio mom saw Lucas and the duration of the visits was it for a week at a time, a day, a weekend - the routine might of been completely different than his routine at home.

My bet is LH was wearing black pants a grey t shirt with a bear on it and pull ups on the eve of the 16th while she was at OG. I also think those are the clothes he was wearing during the day of the 16th.
There was no shower or 3 hour nap on the 17th.

Holy cow.
That is big news .
So we have a VI saying the 'nap' story is a tremendous bunch of B.S.

Important since everyone's had to listen to her many lies ; and we've had to try to think what she was doing during that 'nap'.
It's possible she's lied about not doing drugs in front of her daughter and her other children, and also Lucas.
If they're (older kids) not too afraid to speak up-- maybe we'd learn more about what was going on in this household ?

EG lies as much as Casey Anthony or Jodi Arias.

Nothing that comes out of her mouth is to be trusted for an instant.
:moo:
He hasn't napped with our side of the family in years. It's impossible to get him to lay down for a nap.

Also, I feel comfortable sharing that he goes to preschool in the PM. The altercation that Lucas's mom and Emily had outside of his school in December occurred in the afternoon, so there's proof that he attends PM prek. If anyone has a link to an article that includes the police report of the altercation that would be awesome.

If he goes to school in the afternoon then how does he also take a nap at this time? In her interview, she made it seem like they always lay down for an afternoon nap.

Ahhh thank you for that clarification.

Do you know or are you allowed to confirm if he was set to attend that same Pre-K after the move or if he was supposed to change schools? If a change was supposed to take place, had he been enrolled/were future plans to continue schooling been made for Lucas AFTER the move?

I’m trying to catch up again. I’m still just gobsmacked by how little has been released by LE. MOO but I really think that if anyone else was involved that EG would have flipped and blamed it all on them.

If there actually was someone else or another vehicle, shouldn’t releasing that open the door to other parties who may have had contact with that person to come forward? It just really compounds to me that it was all EG and that LE might concerned that another person (maybe not directly involved in Lucas’ demise[emoji30] but the cover up) may interfere if more comes out.

So it’s possible that the landlord was in fact stopping by to verify the cat was gone.

MOO.

I'm sorry, I don't know if there were any plans for him to change schools.

I can only assume that they wouldn't switch, but that's only based on what I would do in that situation. Kindergarten is next year, so if it were me, I wouldn't switch because he would be moving to a new school then.

My husband and I moved recently and technically our 5th grader is supposed to move to the school that's now nearest to us. However, he moves to the middle school next year so we chose to keep him where he is now. Moving schools twice in a short period of time seems excessive to me.

I'm rambling, sorry.

OMG!! I feel like such an idiot because I didn't even factor in that Lucas is old enough to attend school. Would Lucas have still been in school when EG went to Olive Garden with the little girl? Maybe that could be why they have the time frame of it being after OG.

FLA was Lucas in school that Friday afternoon?

Edited to add: I think the reason I totally didn't factor school into the picture was because it was said he had been sick. There as been so much info its getting me all confused. LOL

He was not in school that day.

2 pm? I think you are confusing your time. The affidavit had Emily at OG closer to 5 pm.
