We have a newspaper called grass and grain that is very popular up here with farmers - does anybody know of a paper geared towards agricultural down there
I was just thinking the other day -- remember the "Penny Power"? It's long gone, but is there anything similar that goes far and wide?
GigTu -- there is a section of the USPS website that lets you put in zip codes and decide where you want to send direct mail. If we could find a way to get two-side post cards mailed and you chose which mail routes, we wouldn't need addresses.

I want to scream at the world that has already moved on or forgotten, “There is a little boy missing!! A sweet precious little guy who deserves justice and needs to be found”. If only they could all hear our pleas for Lucas. This case haunts me, so much love to FLA and PB and those who treasure Lucas. Cruel world [emoji20]

My heart hurts about this every day -- I feel so useless in my current position, only having hopes, prayers, SM, and you wonderful people. This is what EG wants--she wants us to forget. I imagine she never thought it would blow up this big. We have to keep pushing for Lucas. He is not only "Wichita's son," but also "Websleuthers' son" and he is in the hearts of so many beyond -- I can't imagine if this were MY child, begging to keep him on everyone's minds.
Maybe it’s time to approach state legislators to request they have a chat with your mayor, other city officials and law enforcement and very politely request they release more information. If /at least 10 individuals show up at a legislators office with more names on a petition public officials usually take the time to listen.
It is far far past time for Kansas residents begin to ask some pretty tough questions about what went so wrong with the DCF handling of the Brewer child and their failure with protecting Lucas. In my experience, the department cuts off the head of the beast (DCF) and promises anything to quiet public scrutiny. History keeps repeating itself and within a short time another child dies and the process repeats itself.
IT WILLTAKE THE CUTIZENS OF KANSAS TO ENACT POSITIVE CHANGES TO SAFEGUARD OUR. CHILDREN.
REGARDLESS IF STATISTICS, Lucas deserves the live and he didn’t get from those tasked with his wellbeing. He deserves to be found and brought home.
I imagine the mayor's office, etc, would support LE. However, there is a growing movement against DCF for the very reasons you've mentioned and more. I wonder if we can get any of these people to talk about Lucas some more....now I'm thinking....
For the record, north and south is also vast and open, and Harvey County, Marion County, Summer County and maybe Geary County should also be on that list. I need to explore the north/south layout more.
I would include
Cowley -- very quick and easy -- K15 to 77 gives you a very fast drive through southern Sedgwick, Sumner, and Cowley -- N on 77 takes you into Butler.
It does help that everything isn't the same dusty gray. I personally don't think she buried him, but it could cause leaves to wilt if she covered him with leaves which would expose him.
I want to add too how some of the things we have found are encouraging to me in that even if we are still doing this a year from now, once we come across the right area, we will see him.
We will never give up! I have hesitated to say this because I hope he is found sooner than later, but (God forbid) he is still missing beyond the next 10-12 weeks, I'll be looking too! Thank you and everyone else searching and navigating!!!!!
http://www.wichita.edu/thisis/home/?u=criminaljustice ... has anybody thought about approaching Wichita state criminology students to help with search
I have wondered about National Guard and McConnell personnel -- also the community colleges with stellar CJ programs --
Cowley comes to mind!
