Pot is a lot different than meth or heroin. Not that I am for any of it, but it is completely different. To some, pot is ok, but the other stuff may not be- I don’t know them, so I am not assuming anything, or arguing your point. I think there is a lot of stuff she did that JH didn’t know about- that being one of them.

I'll see if I can find the PB post. I think LE verified phone calls were made at an intersection very near OG. She texted JH she was going there. She had a gift card for there.

What we don't know is if she or anyone else redeemed the gift card. Those calls, I'm not sure how close to the named intersection they are saying she'd have to have been. They don't say the phone pinged here, the calls were made, but that could be up for discussion. We don't have security footage or a waitress who served her or any real concrete info that her story is true that she went to OG for food/to eat there.

I used to run a little hole in the wall bar and in my experience, people would do the little mundane thing to cover whatever other thing they were doing. If they were going to say ‘oh I went to the little bar and had a drink’ or ‘I’m going to the little bar and having a drink’ they would come in, have a drink or two, shoot a game of pool, just so when and if someone came in later asking the answer was ‘oh yes, they were here’ not ‘nope never seen them before in my life’
It may be a cover for other activity but I’m inclined to think yeah she went. Like I said above, it may not be the only place she went though

Yes pot is different than other drugs. But if they didn’t have money for one they didn’t have money for other, was what I was saying but I didn’t line it out that specific - my bad on that.

I guess what I’m contemplating is, if she tried to pick something up from someone (drugs), and the meet never happened, it would open up the possibility of someone meeting her at her house later that afternoon/evening. It is not unheard of for a dealer, and a buyer to sit and get high together-I’m wondering if something like this took place around Lucas’s bedtime or when he was put down with a movie perhaps. For instance: if it was heroin, she could nod off being unaware of what is happening in the home. If it was meth, she would be aware of what was going on. Either way, it leaves it open to another person/persons in/at the home that evening. I’m just trying to put my mind through different scenarios that might give me somewhat of a timeline into that evening, and where her head was at before leaving the house with Lucas that night. I think there is another person that knows what happened that evening, or right up to what happened. I’m starting to think she did not have contact with the LL that day, and didn’t know he even came by. I know they have to let you know if they will be entering the property, but maybe not stopping by.

Pot smokers usually have a stash on hand at all times- other drugs maybe not so much-little here,little there-usually because they have to find the money or find the dealer that has it right when they want it-I’m of the thought that pot wasn’t what she was on when whatever happened to Lucas happened. Yes, she smoked that day, because it’s what she had available, but I’d bet pretty much anything she is a jonesing meth or heroin user- Actually, meth and heroin are cheaper on the streets than weed or pills-10$ on both of those drugs could keep you high for a bit of time.
Basically, judging by everything I have read about EG leads me to the thoughts that she’s not your everyday pothead. Yes, obviously she smokes it, but it’s deeper than that.

/since they had just recently moved in I wonder if there was some repair work needing to be done, she asked for touch up paint, etc. that caused the landlord to just stop by unannounced while he was in the area. I'm sure glad he did tho and that he saw Lucas alive!

Usually by cell phone tower data- that’s why they say “the area”. They can usually narrow it down fairly close, and there are several towers In that area that would make finding out easy.

This is the time of year that people walk and search for antler sheds (the male deer shed their antlers around here in Central Kansas heaviest in March and April). I don't do Facebook, but in searching for groups that hunt for them online I came across this:
