Asked if this case is upsetting to him. He gives good answer about how upsetting child death cases are across the board. Talking about what rhey can do to improve partnerships with dcf courts le agencies etc. *very good remarks hopefully someone can link*

Omg I might have to listen to this just to add some comedy to my day. What a crackpot.
I cant stop laughing.

Also, a book called Idiots Guide to Verbal and Body Lanuage was talked about.
Shelly got a earfull of that.

Is clearly haggard & exhausted coming off the recent murder trial (my observation he didn't say that)

So basically the DA was handling the big murder trial this last week. So he couldn’t / didn’t have time to give a proper statement at the time of EG’s release. He now has the time and is explaining her release and that there is a lot going on behind the scenes . Just in the past 24 hours they have been moving forward in the case.

Is the audio/volume somewhat low for everyone else or am I having an issue? Have my phone's volume up as high as it will go and still can barely hear this guy...

End of presser. Did not mention eg death other than In relation to how it would affect lh case. I was impressed with rhe whole presser. Sorry for typos my *r* key thinks it's the *t* lol.

What the heck? Is this what EG was telling her?
Yeah. And anyone else that would listen.
Its not something that would work in a courthouse.
Thats why she killed herself.
To avoid prison.

i had a hard time hearing him but I thought he made a comment about the notes EG left didn't reveal anything in the summaries he was given he hasn't actually read them himself but someone read them to him.

DA says subpoenas were presented and they were going to go through a lot of info beginning today. I'm wondering if someone/somewhere that was served a subpoena told EG they got subpoenaed, and she knew her goose was cooked.

I think he said the notes didn't reveal anything dispositive.

I knew the reason why they didn’t hold EG last week was because the DA was busy with the other case. A lot of people didn’t believe that however assuming there was another DA under him or whatever to take over. There really isn’t and the way he rushed through last week only saying she was released. Basically made it clear in my head it was busy with the other case and he’s only one person.

Sad to say but it’s a lot of responsibility for really only person to have. Especially when there are multiple things at once that need attended to.

At least he said when they conclude investigation . They will let public know

I felt that was actually a really good presser. The general idea was that they're still getting more info from LH's case. He doesn't think there's another POI, but that could change. They'll continue investigating and in the end, he'll make sure there's some resolution for the public as far as giving information necessary to close the case.

He seems like a really nice guy. Very professional.

Oh! Interesting! Didn't catch that. I'll bet you're right. Someone was subpoenaed she really didn't want them questioning.
