IMO she looks like she is in withdrawal / detoxing from something, but I can’t put my finger on exactly what it is. If I had to go back to my time working in a detox facility, I would say heroin or maybe prescription opiates. She looks terrible, though.

She looks like a person in heroin withdrawals. If so, it could be why she has been housed in the clinic.

The charges for Emily Glass: endangering a child. Judge didn't say whether it was one or multiple counts. She said she wants to hire her own attorney rather than taking a court-appointed one.

Who will pay for this attorney? (Rhetorical.)

That’s what I thought. I previously worked in a detox facility (people detoxed from everything except benzos there) and heroin withdrawal won’t kill you, but it will make you wish you were dead.

She lists all the things they've found. Yikes. Why weren't these things found by police in their searches? Or if they were found and they concluded they were unrelated, why didn't they just remove them? I know it's a park and things like toys and kids shoes probably end up there a lot. But seems strange to leave them there.

Next court date Mar 13 on 1 count child endangerment....

What happened to the second count....

Sometimes they will save a charge in case the other is dismissed or thrown out.

Interesting. I hadn't seen this. I suppose it could be footprints. Or maybe they just meant Lucas? Was it reported that he wasn't wearing shoes when he went missing? (Or was that a different case?)

It was reported that he was wearing white socks -- no shoes. His green shoes were left behind in the house along with his coat.
