I am wondering if she is addicted to some type of pain med. I remember reading on one of her social media accounts about using marijuana for pain relief, and then her mention of a health problem and not being able to work in the court documents. (no clue if she really has a health problem or not) I can see her easily abusing pain meds if she was taking them originally for an injury of some type.

I read something about that yesterday when I dug into the pages she likes and comments she’s made. It struck a chord to me, due to the fact that I also had endometriosis, that she claims to have Stage 4 Endometriosis. I’m not sure how far back that is and can look again. Pain pills would be likely for this. I will see if I can find it for a link. If she did have Stage 4 it is possible she could get pregnant with <modsnip> but very hard to.

Definitely worth consideration! Good thinking.

Let me tell you, they have all found disturbing things. It would be impossible for a residential driver to pick up a dead child without noticing, stuff always breaks up when they dump it in the truck (your trashmen know way more about you then you might think hahaha). It is possible for something to go unnoticed in a dumpster BUT the trash companies work very closely with the police dept all the time here. One of the first things LE does is go thru the trash if they are watching a house and they have a special way of collecting it.

That is all good to hear. Thank you.

But what if she had left him in her old apartment dumpster, back around the 11th? If no one was alerted at that time, could he have been overlooked and now be in the main landfill?

Would the two strangers on EG's property have been captured by the same security camera that supposedly shows enough of the property for LE to be sure Lucas did not leave the house on his own and no one came in and took him?

Sorry for that mouthful but I think that whole scenario with EG and the strangers should be available for LE to see. If it happened, that is.

Smoking man should be on camera as well...right?

These things may have actually taken place as reported and LE checked them out and found them not pertinent to Lucas being missing.

RSBM

Agreed.
It would be interesting to have the story about the "...two strangers smoking.." on her own property (front lawn) --- clarified !!
Not to mention she invited them in /asked if they needed help.
(After letting JH know how frightened she was by them)

So ridiculous that no one is buying it.

Yes, i also scrolled through her twitter posts & saw that about watching or listening to a crime series. I wonder if there was an episide as to where she could have gotten some ideas.

Still trying to catch up but wasn't that some sort of game she was playing online?

Just a thought, I may be wrong because I'm not a user, but today's marijuana is different from 20 years ago isn't It?
Different strains developed for different highs?
Sativa vs Indica and hybrid strains...

Anyway, I agree, I know lots of regular users and NONE of them ever act out aggressively or get manic on it.

People can get manic on it if they smoke 24/7 or use edibles in large amounts. And if they have emotional issues underlying the pot use. Pot intensifies what people are feeling. Most people giggle a lot and crave ice cream. But if someone has underlying rage/anger/resentment, then smoking large quantities of strong pot can intensify those feelings.

Hmmm...VERY interesting concept here! While, yes, an abuser is not going to report their own abuse, such a database could be based off of reports from anonymous sources. Teachers, caregivers, doctors, neighbors, friends, family members, etc. An anonymous “tip line” so to speak, where reports could be documented. I wish this could somehow come to fruition.

What about like a sex offender registry for those not only criminally charged with crimes against children but also those with founded CPS investigations. DNA, fingerprints or both. That way, someone who has lost custody (or worse) of their OWN children cannot legally take care of someone else's. Or take care of any of their own future children.
With levels of offense, of course. Someone who kills a child wouldn't have the same supervision / restrictions as someone who commits a minor infraction of negligence (although even minor infractions can lead to major consequences)
Random compliance sweeps, mandatory classes, charges for significant others with children who knowingly live with an offender.... The whole 9 yards. With her history, this should NEVER have happened. Even if she's not guilty of disappearing him, she should never have been his primary caretaker :(
Could be named after Lucas.

Thanks so much, I hadn’t heard of it. Maybe it sheds no insight at all.

Scrolling through the entirety of her Twitter use is very interesting. Clearly she’s very active on social media, at least from the year or so her twitter account is active. You can definitely pinpoint the time where she’s in a relationship with an ex and then approximately 2-3 weeks later begins her relationship with JH. After that, she stays very active for about 4 months and then no more updates. Quite a few posts about marijuana use as well.

It makes me wonder if something significant changed in her life around July, 2015. Is that perhaps when she and JH began living together? Is that when she began her role as “step mother” to Lucas daily? Did the stress of being a full time caregiver, especially with JH away for such long periods of time, maybe set her on a downward spiral? EG’s appearance doesn’t strike me as that of a frequent meth or heroine use or addict, but I just feel like at some point she had to have progressed to using a drug “harder” than weed. I mean, it’s been probably around 2 decades since I last smoked it, but I did smoke very regularly high school and her abusive behavior just doesn’t fit the bill of what I know the effects of marijuana to have on a user. I only bring this up because I feel like if we knew exactly what drugs she was using, perhaps we’d have a better idea of what mindset she’d be in. KWIM?

I had also noticed her appearance in the Twitter photos as well. I agree EG doesn't look like a hardcore drug user in the photos. It is possible that JH had introduced her to harder drugs. Unless the hard drug thing is just a rumor... Since EG has really nice teeth for being a meth head. She also follows accounts that deal with marijuana on Twitter. I don't think pot is a big deal since its natural.

Yes, I actually play the game, it does have a story line for each level but it is more of a game of looking for hidden objects.

If so, she would have been better off saying he disappeared from the park. Because, he'd still be there somewhere, right?

But this doesn't make sense to me, because realistically, she doesn't WANT him found - let's be honest.
So, if he DID disappear from the park, and she didn't hurt him - well, good. The problem is, it's been 16 days now. So, in order to KEEP them from finding him (she hopes), she'd say he disappeared from her house, that way, they won't find him.

(trying to think of how SHE thinks)

This appears to be here last tweet, in 2015. I tried to follow the link embedded, but it’s not appearing due to her fb privacy settings. From what I can tell, it appears to not be a podcast, but rather some sort of game...maybe a fb game?

Anyone here familiar with a Criminal Case game? Perhaps you can shed some light. TIA!

Oh... is that a criminal case game?
I am familiar with it. You try to find "clues" as if you were a police officer. To try to figure out who committed a crime. Or a hidden object game?
The one I played was a case where you try to figure out who did what by the clues. Kind of like CLUE the board game.
Without seeing the game, I don't really know which one it is.

I thought it was a podcast she was listening to. When I clicked on it, it went to a blank page (maybe because I'm on a desktop).

They apparently rented it on or around January 15th per Zillow. See price and tax history at link below.

Well, after looking at the photos, Lucas could fall while cooking dinner!
There are shelves where the wall oven used to be.
Not a long fall, but a fall nonetheless.

le can find trash from old apartment. It’s all logged and computerized by areas. And my guess is landfill no longer adding to or disturbing that area.

Where are u?

In east Wichita.....It was likely centered in Oklahoma, it felt like in the 3.5 range. We had those frequently for a while a few years ago, but not so many lately.

edited to add:

USGS rated it at 4.2 centered north of Oklahoma City.

My exhusband works at one of the big trash companies in town hauling commercial trash and they have been on high alert from the beginning. It’s possible it was missed but they have been watching carefully.

But what if she “disappeared” him before he was reported missing? For example right on or after the 11th? No need for alert then and no one would know any better :(
