Shelby you could show up there at court in your t shirt and fit right in and be our eyes and ears if this defendant tells the court that he doesn't want his testimony televised or recorded! Not that I know if a defendant has the right to demand that.

UGH, he better not be able to do that!

Hi Steely!

Yeah, they are at lunch until 1 Central time.

We ain't got no seal here in Kansas....just colored lines. :floorlaugh:

p.s. have you seen Softail around lately?

No. :waitasec: I'll PM her.

I think he is too conceited not to have his words broadcast over the world.

He is another Drew Peterson if you ask me. All vinegar and show.. He needs to be seen and heard.

Do you think Brett will testify today?

I didn't think he would testify but someone pointed out that the defense has him slotted to take the stand. I don't know if I believe that will happen. I remember Jose Baez with his smoke and mirrors about what he would show the jury in his opening statement...

If B Seacat does take the stand and is able to have it blacked out I'll want a drink and a seal!

If not today I think he will testify eventually. After seeing his acting in the LE interview and listening to his Razzie worthy 911 call, his testimony could be funnier than JA's. JMO

BINGO! I knew he reminded me of another former cop full of his own brillanceness (new word)

BTW, there is an episode of Forensic Files (Now known as Mystery Detectives) where a guy who killed his wife makes a very similar 911 call. It has the fake heavy breathing and everything.

Which one is that one? I remember the semi famous author who pushed/threw and beat his wife down the stairs and then called 911 and it sounded like someone had his private parts in a vise. I can't wait for technology to give everyone a phone that shows the talker. Then we can all see the fake looks of despair and little grins.

The defense attorney forgot what trial he is at? He had to get a look at his client to remember?

That was Michael Peterson, I think? Peterson is a bad name to have as far as crime goes ;)

The guy who pushed his car over the cliff.

Ah is that the one where he had weird marks on his sneakers and his cap was at the top of the road and LE reinactments of the 'car accident' showed he was going verrrrrrrrry slow and the angle showed it was staged? Oh and he could cry at the drop of a hat?

Next defense witness, volunteer firefighter, lived about 3 blocks from the Seacat residence
