BS now saying that during/after the smoke break on the porch Vashti was waffling around about the divorce.

BS says that finances were an issue and he says that he offered to go over the finances. Sounds like he is saying that money was a problem for her and he was trying to help her with her expenses????

Sounds like the usual type parenting plan custody orders with regular type visitation. People can get ugly during that particular time though. Apparently, he got ugly.

Oh, now he is bringing up the money and budgets.

He got ugly alright. What an idiot. Visitation plans do not get more fair than that.

Just the little I have heard here Mr. Seacat likes to mention "the smoke break". Is he thinking the jury will put smoking together with starting the house on fire? Cause I am not going there........He sounds so torked off when he says "smoke break". But then he sounds torked off anyway, like being on the stand is beneath him!

For the most part they had separate finances.

BS had 2 checking accounts. One was a joint account that did not work out and so it was not doing anything for a year..

On the 29th BS says he had gone to review his budget.

BS's take home pay was $1500 biweekly.

Why were you preparing this while she was still outside..?

Vashti said a big part of her problems were financial stress..

I think he was moving more funds because without her pay check, He was going to have to find more money to live..

BS states he was going to give her money towards her mortgage. Ummm...it's called support in a marriage, it's not a gift. The way they are discussing it, sounds like it was a gift to her. Not. He's not "helping" her, he's getting divorce and has to pay his share of support for the children!
