Brooke Foister-Vickers went out to the American Patriot Friday evening and never returned.

"The last time we seen her was 9 o'clock Friday night, she pinkie promised her daughter that she would come home, she hasn't been home since," said Sherie Foister, Brooke's mother.
Family and friends said that Brooke cares deeply about her daughter, and Brooke usually stays in constant contact with them, leaving them to fear the worst.

Update: Missing Whitley County woman contacts family, tells them she is safe

Brooke Vickers contacted the family around 8:30 p.m. Monday night telling them she was safe.
