Any word on cause or circumstances of death?
None that I could find. I don't know if she was found and returned to her family before dying or found deceased. Date of death is listed as July 2023.

Her obituary is July 2022, that date above must be a mistake.

I believe she was found deceased after being missing for some time. The bottom of the obit includes a thank you to those who've continued to pray for her and the family and help look for. At least that's my impression. May she rest in peace now that she's home and may her family find some peace and closure.

Lisa Estep, 60 - Harlan Enterprise

Lisa Estep, 60 Published 4:27 pm Tuesday, July 18, 2023 By Special to The Harlan Enterprise

Lisa Saylor Estep, 60, of Corbin, KY, formerly of Harlan County died August 11, 2022. Services by Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.

It appears from these newspaper accounts, that she died in August 2022, but that her funeral service was in August 2023. It might be that her corpse was not found until July of 2023.

All the memorial services, visitations, etc., happened in July 2023, according to the obituary you are using @Oakie
"...Memorial services will be August 12, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a small service following at Verda First Baptist Church (in Verda Community) 326 Hwy 1601 Evarts, Ky..."

According to this post by the Harlan County Coroner’s Office, it sounds like 8/11/22 is the date her body was found and the authorities kept her remains for a period of time to investigate COD.

On August 11, 2022, the Harlan County Coroners office was notified of Skeletal remains being found in a wooded area off of Hwy 1137 in the Cawood community. Those remains were sent to State Medical Examiners Office in Frankfort for an autopsy and positive identification.
After a lengthy investigation Coroner John Derrick Noe was notified by the Medical Examiner that the remains have been positively identified through dental records as Lisa Estep, 60 of Corbin, Ky. She had recently been reported missing several weeks prior to the discovery of her remains.
Coroner Noe also reports due to the condition of the skeletal remains, the cause and manner of death has been ruled undetermined.
Coroner Noe has been working on this case since taking Office in January and is now glad to be able to return Ms Estep to her family for proper burial and remembering her life in the days to come.
Special thanks to Kentucky State Police, First Responders and all those who helped locate her.
